Ordered the bracelet on the 8th Dec with a delivery date of the 15th Dec. I waited in all day with no delivery. This morning the delivery update says 31st December. I ordered as a present for my daughter for xmas. Very poor service

Does not work. Downloaded the app, camera doesn't recognize device.

Such a gimmicky scam. Let's start with the actual jewelry. First, not any kind of gem - it's a modified QR code behind glass. The bracelet is difficult to put on yourself, and the design of the clasp and cord is unwieldy.
Second - the app and experiences are very limited. We played with all the images an hour and got bored. With the bracelet on one arm, and a phone in the other hand, it's hard to see the different angles, show other people and play the games.

My girls were so disappointed and none of them wanted to keep it. Returned less than a week after getting it.

Customer service is absolutely outstanding! Wish every company set their bar as high. Not only are the products beautiful and their customer service outstanding, but the founder and story behind the company is inspiring!

I purchased 2 bracelets and one desk toy. My husband and I could not put them down after downloading the app. I bought these for gifts, but I think I am going to keep one. I will be showing them off to family and friends.

I purchased a bracelet for my sister for Christmas because of the multiple experiences involving butterflies. Yes, I tried it out and was so impressed that I ordered one for my 4 great-nieces as well. (And why not, one for me, too.) I was a wee bit disappointed with the color of the one I ordered for myself, as it was not what I was expecting and the color has a special meaning for me. Customer Service could have just told me that is the color of the gem. But instead, they sent me the closest they had in stock to what I had been expecting. So, in the mean time, I have ordered more and now all 10 female relatives are going to have a GemJoyous Christmas.

Love, love this company. The bracelet is beautiful and fascinating. The customer service is beyond compare. I am so pleased with this purchase. I will highly recommend the company and the merchandise.

I contacted Gem Joy because my gem had stopped working. I was contacted fairly quickly. They asked for a couple of pieces of info and then I received notice that they would be sending a replacement. What fantastic service, and I am so grateful!! I will update with any further issues, and so far I would absolutely recommend this company as well as their beautiful product.

Very disappointing when the GemJoy arrived.

The advertising is very misleading. You can only see the little creatures when you look through the app on your phone. From the ads, it looks like a hologram.

I requested a refund. Let’s see if they step up to refund my money.

I purchased one item to see how it worked and was pleasantly surprised. They are unique and almost magical. I then purchased five more for my grand daughters' Christmas. Company also provided excellent after sale service.

When you look at ads for the company and read the comments on those ads, you're struck by how many satisfied customers truly love the GemJoy experience.

I think GemJoy is truly amazing. My daughter started this company and manages the whole creative process all by herself. She has put her heart and soul into creating a magical experience for everyone to enjoy.

I loved the bracelet. It arrived quickly and was easy to set up. Got another as a gift.

Not what I expected they were supposed to send me a return label and I never received it. It has now been two months never received the return postage

The advertising I saw made you think that the “experiences” were coming from the gem on the bracelet, as a 3d image. It is not. The images you see are on your phone. You can change them by manipulating the gem. I think a few years ago, this would be cooler than it is today. I think technology has advanced. It took the next day for customer service to get back to me. I wanted to make sure I was activating it the right way. I was. It just isn’t as cool as I thought it would be.

This is a very cool piece of jewelry. It is well made, good weight to it. The rose color is bright and bold.

I ordered the 3d GemJoy Bracelet which is advertised as showing a 3d holographic image above the bracelet. In reality, you press the bracelet to your phone and it shows an image in the phone, for $150.00 Who cares? Then they charge you ridiculous shipping to return it. What a scam....
