Paid for express shipping order has not been dispatched two days later and they do not respond to emails this is theft

Easy to place the order and received the order confirmation email ok which said 3-5 days for delivery. I didn’t receive the earrings after the 5 days so I emailed Gemms & Co and didn’t receive a reply so emailed them again a couple of days later and still no reply and no earrings. I’ve contacted my bank to ask them to do a debit card recall. This Saturday I received a silver pendant necklace instead of the earrings so I emailed Gemms & Co and my email was returned undelivered which said their email address didn’t exist. Would not order again from this company

Bought some silver flower head earrings, just what I wanted and absolutely stunning. Very happy with purchase and great communication.

I paid next day delivery for a bracelet from this company. After not receiving notification of dispatch, I contacted the company via email and received no reply. I found a number and the two individuals I spoke over the phone didn't seem to care, provided the wrong tracking number and eventually admitted they hadn't sent it. A refund was provided but the attitude of the company was appalling.

The gift i bought is amazing. For my grandson whis 6 weeks old.

The necklaces are very nice, as expected, except for one thing. I ordered 18 inch chains, and they are not fully 18 inches. They are closer to 17 inches. This makes a difference. I don't think the chain was measured carefully, or perhaps you are counting the clasps as part of the chain

I ordered some earrings and they are just perfect, exactly as shown on the website.
I love them and the packaging was so nicely done.
