Well my lady is not really a blood diamond girl and required something unique. For a while, I was looking at GEMSNY observing their quality, great deals, and reviews. So I decided to go with them. What was cool about buying the engagement ring was she didn't even get a chance to try rings on or see them in person. I liked that a bit at the same time since an engagement ring purchase often these days in the USA, popping the question, is not often a surprise. She and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the stone, setting, and shipping. GEMSNY is probably one of the best jewelers out there. High quality, great service, and affordable in that they give the customer a great deal. She loves this ring since it changes color in artificial light. Much better than a diamond and this gem may increase in its value over time. We love it. Thank you so much!

Shopped around for a while looking for a sapphire ring. Really liked the way Gemsny has their website setup with the actual photo of the stone along with the extreme detail of the gem (color intensity, eye clarity, enhancement, weight, brilliance, exact dimensions, origin). Didn't find this much information on other websites. Also, the price was good. And the ability to choose so many different types of stone settings was wonderful. All in all I have to say my experience with Gemsny was 5 star!

On my wife's Christmas List was a square cut emerald pendant. My best attempts to find one in the UK all failed. Then I found the Gemsny website and they had a choice of suitable pendants. With only a couple of weeks to Christmas I was concerned about delivery but Gemsny exceeded all expectations making delivery in good time. The finished pendant was just the job and my wife was delighted.

I live in NY city, so I visited the NY Gems office in the jewelry district to have my jewelry made. You can be assured everything is totally true and these are wonderful people that want to help you get what you are looking for at a good price! Gems NY is now one of my favorite jewelers. I have access to some of the best in the city and I comparison shop. The stones are exactly as represented on the site and are priced really well. I purchased two emerald rings and used the custom design service to create a pendant and a wedding band. Really happy with everything. If you get an appointment bring picture ID, they are in a high security building. Enjoy!

The quality of the bracelet far exceeded my expectations and the price was the lowest I could find anywhere, both on-line and at local jewelry stores. They forgot to ship the product until I called to check on my order, and the overall product quality was underwhelming. The setting of the stones seemed like a rush job, with the beads uneven, and the stones a little off alignment.

I had bought a beautiful ruby ring from GemsNY couple of years ago. Once I gave it for cleaning to a renowned jewelry shop in the neighborhood and when it came back I found something amiss. The sparkle and shape was slightly different. When I contacted the jewelry store they said it was the same center ruby in the ring. I knew the ruby in the center of the ring had been switched by the store. And then I remembered the laser inscription which GemsNY had done on the ruby to help it identify. With this when I confronted the cleaning guy, he did thorough check and got my ruby back. Had it not been for the laser inscription, I would have lost the ruby for ever and also thousands of dollars.
