I've brought so much from jem stone king. They are on the up and up. I personally forget how little a carrot diamond is.
They rock but we don't always get what is in our minds. They live up to expectations.

I purchased a ring. Unfortunately it was not very well made. I wanted to love it so much. But it was too large, looked kind of cheap, and would dig into my surrounding fingers in a painful way. However the service was great. It came very quickly, and the customer service was excellent when I emailed about returning it. And I received a full refund promptly after they received the ring back. I just wish the quality of the jewelry was as good as the customer service. So excellent service but unfortunately not so excellent jewelry.

I love the ring I have gotten, I'm just quite curious what metal it really is I've had it for a year and it hasn't tarnished once compared to another silver ring that has several times. It hasn't turned my finger green so the quality is good..just iffy about the fact it hasn't tarnished.

My 2nd purchase was contingent on my 1st. So far so good. All customer service commitments promised were fulfilled. Loved my 1st item and am looking forward to the 2nd to go with. Don’t be like Amazon. Don’t start out being super and then drop the ball. Continue to do the thing you do best. BTW - the selection of various quartz beauties and their settings are great! Can’t find in stores.

Lovely jewelry, quality pieces with great finishing. I've been wearing their pieces for nearly a decade and own several. The dock of a star is for their website which is just plain frustrating to search. They would do well to work with a good web designer to fix the search function. I found what I was looking for after looking through 23 pages and by accident. Had it come up with my search terms without every single item with any of the words I searched for coming up I would have found it months ago. In short, allow for a search using all the words and not every single word on it's own. Blue Moissanite Ring should bring up rings with blue moissanite. Not every ring that is blue and every ring that is moissanite. It's unfortunate but they are missing out on sales due to this search issue.
