Yesterday I had a tenant central air went out, it was 100 degrees in Philly. I. contact a few HVAC contractor and GEN 3 schedule to come out at 1: 30.the technician look at the problem. Gave me a price and a breakdown which I did not understand. The total price was 4,189.99, I paid it because My tenant deserves to have air in this heat, I agreed. What bothered me is it took him 4 hours to complete everything, $1,000.00 per hour, after checking the prices I was double and on certain Items triple. I firmly know I and believe I was taken advantage of, base on my ignorance I’m writing this review to let everyone who is considering using this company, you are not dealing with an ethical company.
