Do it yourself.

Phoned company up due to insurance was due. My card was renewed and wanted to update their system as I did not want to pay by PAYPAL. 45min and final outcome was to stop the payment going through papal I will have to wait 48 hours so that the finance department can sort it. So went online and sorted it myself but not as straightforward as I would have hoped.
