Ordered a belt from them and needed to change the order so I sent them an email. I received a reply *very* quickly within the hour, and was able to place another order easily after that. The belt arrived today and it's immaculate. Their mechanism and design is the best in the market and it really feels preemium. The order was also shipped from TX to North Yorkshire very quickly too! Highly recommend them and will be telling my friends where to go, should they ever need a belt.

Been weight training a long time. I got a 3” and a 4” lever belt from these guys. Both 10mm thick. Very impressive belts with the highest quality. Shipping was less than a week. Ordered Sunday, got it Thursday. I would absolutely recommend these guys.

Got the double seude pioneer cut. Could not be happier! Unfortunately for pioneer I'll probably never need another one. If your pussyfooting around just pull the trigger. ZERO regrets

When you are placing an online order especially if your order is one of many customization's, it’s imperative that the process sends seamless and communication is ongoing until you receive your item and that they get it right. Not only did Pioneer communicate throughout the whole process, they got it right. They would send me email updates weekly about where they were in the process even after it was delivered they checked in to make sure I was satisfied. This goes to show you as a business when you go the extra mile to make sure you get it right, you will have happy and repeat customers.

I am so disappointed in this belt. I paid nearly $300 for a custom dyed lever belt. The lever is solid. The belt is poor quality. The belt is creasing all around. But most of all it seems as if they gave me a used patched up belt. I expected a brand new perfect belt. I contacted them and they gave me a $40 refund but I waited over a month for this belt. Didn’t want to deal with sending it back and waiting another month. Shouldn’t have too!! Especially when I pay this much. It should have came perfect no questions. Period. I had high hopes as I bought a suede belt in the past that came perfect. But this is not what came. One of the holes has been patched where it was clearly ripped or scratched and it was fixed. Also the the three small cracks on the end which is what the refund was for, which I think says good things about the customer service. But Regardless, overall this belt is definitely flawed and not worth the price! And quality control needs to be checked on. They should have just sent me a brand new belt right away not make me send this one back a wait another month. Now I am stuck with this flawed belt and $40. when I ordered and originally paid for a brand new belt.

Great customer service! I wanted a customized lifting belt and they answered if not that same day the very next day. Got the belt within 2-3 days after it had been shipped and I’m completely satisfied with my purchase. Amazing quality!

Absolutely horrible customer support. Ridiculous wait times for custom products that are done at poor quality and overpriced.

I rarely review a product. This is an exception because I want the world the know, that Pioneer Fit is a great product! I used to have a Roque belt, it hurts my ribs so bad, no matter how many times I used it (been told to break it in first), it still hurts to use it. Maybe because I am a short lady with small torso, that is why their leather belt digs on my ribs.

Glad that I finally found this customize belt from Pioneer. I am excited to squat heavier!

Excellent customer support prior to making my first purchase for my first ever weightlifting belt. I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed but the ad vice was spot on. The belt arrived within a few days (USA to UK) and I’m so pleased with it. The quality is absolutely excellent and it fits perfectly. The only disappointing thing is that there’s no logo on it - I’d love to have Pioneer right across the back to show it off.

I purchased the heavy duty figure 8 lifting straps.
They work great very simple to use and super rugged.

I purchased and received workout belt in August, waited to write review after trying out for a while. Quality product straight out of box. Leather has nice finish and not overly stiff. Edges of belt smoothed for added comfort. Buckle works excellent and appears to be made of solid material. Great value from an American manufacturer.

I found this company by chance and ordered a custom baseball belt for my son. It arrived pretty quickly and is very great quality and looks awesome!

Just received the Custom Leather Powerlifting Belt with a custom burned in logo / quote and I am absolutely 100 percent satisfied with this item. Like any heavy duty belt as such, it will take time to break in, but that is part of the whole process. I have been training for 44 years and I must say that this belt is the best I have ever had and used, hands down. You get what you pay for! USA Made with the highest quality. Thank you-Pioneer Fit!
