Comunicazione poco chiara ed evasiva
Comunicazione poco chiara e molto evasiva purtroppo. Ho mandato 3 mail a due indirizzi differenti e non ho mai ricevuto nessun riscontro. Ho scritto su ws e le risposte sono sempre state generiche, senza fornire dettagli rilevanti come il tracking e dando la colpa ai corrieri (ricevo abitualmente spedizioni e non rilevo assolutamente nessun ritardo). Onestamente ho ancora il dubbio che sia stato spedito qualcosa. Attendo lunedì e poi chiederò il rimborso tramite paypal.
upd 19.12 anche si ws non rispondono più, chiesto il rimborso.
