First time out pedal snapped in half - very cheap, second time out tyre split and other pedal cracked and snapped - contacted and they asked for photos ? Anyway on to next ride all going well parked up for a coffee and setting off no power at all, battery fully charged - contacted by email as you can’t ring this firm now and had a rely following day - asking troubleshooting questions - tried all of those - took to Halfords and they checked leads and sensors ect - couldn’t find problem with any of the above so still not working - paid for this myself and no offer of anything from the seller - so we now go into more email dialogue on another day - what is the point of a warranty when you have to do everything yourself? Only got 1 star for the poor delivery driver who brought the heavy bike.

I bought my lovely bike from this company and would be lost without it. I had an issue with
my bike after a few months, spoke to Adam,who knew exactly by my albeit very basic description of what was going wrong with my bike! He told me what had happened,( I'd inadvertently moved something) then explained clearly and patiently how to fix it and hey presto,it's perfect again! Adam even sent an email with all the information I needed! Great,friendly service,I'm very happy!

Order was straight forward with a welcome discount on top of sale price and delivery was very quick. Only downside was packaging was damaged, but that would be more to do with delivery company than Generation Electric, The E-bike is excellent and as described.

Love this bike
This was my first purchase of an ebike and it was easy to communicate with Generation Electric. Delivery was fast, and i love the bike 2.3 Avaris. An ebike is perfect for me as I'm currently unwell with PMR. This bike has given me my cycling life back. I can confidently go for longer cycles without worrying about any difficulties. The battery is long-lasting, and the bike is easy to operate. I highly recommend electric bikes for anyone, especially if ill or injured or trying to get back into cycling fitness.

Great customer service
We had a couple of problems. No Allen key to adjust handlebars.
No Allen key to adjust handlebars.
No instructions or manual for bike, eventually found some on line.
No basket for bike.
Bike good though but only ridden it a couple of times due to the weather.
Paid extra for a larger life battery but not sure whether I got that or not as battery not marked what it is.

The seat colour was not as per the photo of the order - when I asked about this they sent me 2 replacement saddles at no extra cost. A very generous gesture from a company that genuinely care about the customer experience. I am a very happy customer.

Excellent customer service and fast delivery of my purchased ebike. I had forgotten to add the free throttle at the time of purchase and had got in contact with them an even though the bike had been dispatched they agreed to send me the throttle.

My wife loves the Juicy bike compact plus. Now I can't catch her up on the hills. But I would have liked belt or velcro straps to keep in place when folded. Cheers Tommy.
