It was great to know that I could help…my daughter get on the stepladder.
It was great to know that I could help my daughter to get a mortgage. Both our mortgage broker and Gen H were great in explaining everything. I didn’t know I could be a booster otherwise my daughter wouldn’t have been able to afford a mortgage.

We had the best mortgage broker
We had the best mortgage broker, who recommended Gen H, never heard of them before, I'm self employed and Mrs works part time, they approved us and we are grateful as we are now in our dream home with our family, as a high street bank wouldn't understand our situation due my nature of business but Gen H did the vetting and all is well. Spoke to them a few times to chase some things up as my mortgage broker was on holiday during the purchase process nearing completion, and Gen H was super friendly and was very very quick on the admin side of things, in regards to valuation/checks then offer and underwriting.

Gen H came through when the others failed
My daughter and I tried hard to obtain a mortgage with our mortgage advisor from mortgage matters.
Every door closed even though we had a good deposit etc.. Gen H gave us a chance and we now have our flat. Thank you Gen H for giving us this chance when all the others failed

Good support, high rates
I struggled to get approved by many lenders, but Gen H accepted me and provided the funds, for which I’m very grateful. I’m giving three stars mainly because the interest rate was very high, but at the time I didn’t have other options and had to accept it. Overall, I’m happy with their process and support.
