DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS, THEY ARE FRAUDULENT AND REFUSE TO RELEASE WINNINGS!

The customer service employees are an absolute disgrace.

They tell you to go find their complaints procedure on their website, but when you click it, it doesn't exist. When I emailed them asking for it, they ignored me so I asked them again to find that my email had been blocked.

I am going through Resolver & the gambling commission!

You are a disgrace I've played about…

You are a disgrace I've played about £500 at £1 a spin over the last couple of days and lost it all I didn't hit 1 bonus or any free spins your games are full of dead spins and the reels jump out of sync also your internal server keeps shutting the games down your site is rigged full stop

Reasonable timescale for withdrawals with a charge.

Joined yesterday deposited via PayPal there was a charge for the deposit and the subsequent withdrawal.

Had a slight issue with passport verification but eventually got that sorted.

Live chat accessible and pretty quick in responding.

Some review sites say 1 hr withdrawal my experience was more about 14 to 16 hrs to secure withdrawal.

So all in all not bad not the best casino site but certainly not the worse.
