Generatorscenter Reviews

My partner ordered a dishwasher from this company (appliancescenter) and it is a complete scam. Please report your issues to trading standards and/or the police.

You can trace the Directors from companies house (check your bank/credit card statements)

This website also contains appliancescenter.co.uk and that is also a scam site!
I have foolishly bought a £500 fridge freezer that has not arrived. The company do not reply to emails, there is no phone number to contact them.
I am hoping to get my money back from my credit card provider but that’s going to take months.

DO NOT buy anything from this scam of a company it is fake don’t understand how they still are getting away with it after so many bad reviews

Definitely a scam company please do not order.

Got scammed too went to track order and web site no long there got in touch with bank and they had a phone number for company someone foreigner picked up but just said they couldn’t understand me and hung up but he had the cheek to phone me back and ask what the problem was when I asked about my order he just said o yes but can’t understand what you saying ? stay well clear pleased someone has realised and put on here what they trading under now might save other people’s money.

As stated below this company is a total scam. As mentioned in previous reviews when the order is placed you get an email asking you to open the shop app so that you can track the order. I was wary of this and should have realised then that I was being scammed. DO NOT OPEN THE SHOP APP as I believe this is also dodgy. How does this company still operate with the number of bad reviews being made. Should trustpilot not also report the number of reviews being made to an independent adjudicator for them to action.

This company is a fraud / Scam company. They have now changed their name and Website to
www. appliancescentre.co.uk
*** DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SITES AS ITS A SCAM ***

This is a scam. Made a purchase and got nothing but emails with extra savings. No phone number to call. Will not respond to emails.. Absolute ripp off. The money is going out to Belgium.. Luckily my bank refunded the money. Do not buy from these fraudsters... Get a job like the rest of us...

Hi there.

Sadly I ordered a generator from this site and after a few days realised it was scam. Contacted the bank and managed to get my money back.

Hopefully other will also get a refund.

scam company no delivery date confirmed at order-this should have made me realise it was a fraudulent site-bank want me to wait 14 days after order placed to dispute the transaction- gutted 2good 2btrue!

I've just been scammed too. Same as others. Prompt reply to payment, lots of emails promoting company but no replies to my emails and no delivery.

SCAM. Processed payment, goods not dispatched. No response to emails.

Scam website beware. £479 down and just praying I can get money back from HSBC

suspected scam company I purchased a Jackery explorer 240 on the 7th of August 2023 had an email saying it was being shipped on the 14th but nothing since and they have not replied to any emails I have send. letting the bank deal with them. don't use this company!

Looks like a scam, took my order and cancelled it without refunding my money!

Completed online bulk purchase enquiry form and within 4 days. Kyle replied with her best deal which beat all the other competitors we had tried. Kyle also arranged for products to be stored for 6 weeks until needed by our kitchen fitter. Complete order arrived exactly on time. Excellent service from start to finish.

As already stated, scam site.

Took my money, then sent a long email claiming my item was damaged in transit and another would sent out. That's all I got for my money.

Mastercard are dealing with them.

Update. Got all my money back from these thieves. Always buy things like this on a credit card or with PayPal folks.

Total Scam company. Took my money for a £1200 generator, then said they had supply issues, then silence. Ive reported them to Mastercard and my bank are raising a dispute. What ever you do dont buy from these scammers.
Stay away from them and their website. generatorscenter.co.uk
Shopify should close their account and who ever is processing their debit and credit cards should as well.

Same as every one else got scammed on a bluetti, gutted hoping the bank will help out.

Absolutely a scam, as previously stated by other reviews. I placed an order on 5th August 2023, the company link into the shop app making it appear that your purchase has been confirmed and dispatched. However no tracking details are available and the item never arrives. I note now that as of today the website has been taken down. Payment dispute ongoing but I am not holding my breath for this one, £369 down the drain. The old saying rings true, if it's too good to believe it probably is. Expensive lesson learned here.
