I trust to get my meds from Generic cures. The customer service reponds as soon as they can. Good customer service! The only complaint I have is the time I received my items. Took a little over a month.

This is a great company and even with the time difference, they are good at getting back to you if you have any questions.

I was about to purchase horse ivermectin because I couldn't get the human ivermectin here in the USA. A good friend of mine told me about GenericCures so I went online. I loved the fact that I could not only get the human Ivermectin, but also the Hydroxychloroquine. I bought both. I received my package before the time stated, which was a month. I am greatful to my G-d, our Heavenly Father, for your pharmacy and for all of you who help us with these medicines around the world. I immediately took a pill of Ivermectin the same day that I received my package, then another one on the second day. My middle child recently had surgery, 2 weeks ago, she started having shortness of breath and even passed out in front of me. It was very bad. I immediately took a Hydroxychloroquine tablet, as soon as she came to, and gave her a glass of water to drink it. Within seconds she was breathing well. Also, both of her hands got stiff and she couldn't move them, but the Hydroxychloroquine did it's job. Thanks' to your medicine my daughter is doing very well. If I get some more money, I will buy more of both medicines. The ones I bought, I divided between my daughters and myself. May G-d continue to prosper all of you who work there. Thank you.
The only thing that I would love to have is the dose of each medication and for how long to take. I had to go on YouTube to find out how to administer each of them. Is there a possibility that you can email me the dose and for how long to take? Thank you. It is the only thing that I really needed when I was giving the pill to my daughter, the one who had surgery. She must have picked up something from the hospital. She is doing very well now.

These people are great. Quick to respond to my emails, answer all my questions and seem to be really trust worthy.

The only issue that I had was with payment. I originally chose PayPal to use for payment and I could not get the link to work. I then switched to credit card and had no issues. I believe some of these payment options are no longer available, but I was glad to have the option to pay by credit card vs having to wire the money. That being said, knowing the meds came, I would trust wiring the money the next time. The meds came a little sooner than the time that was estimated which was great! I was glad to have the tracking link to follow it. Thankful for this pharmacy to purchase meds that are not available to us elsewhere.

Received my item promptly within about 25 days. Great service they kept in contact with me when I had questions.

I ordered two meds from this company and they only sent one. I went through their dispute center and they requested a picture of the box. I sent them a picture like they asked and never heard back. I did this three times. No results.

Ordering was a little confusing since our first and second orders had different billing names in the PayPal account. Otherwise, the shipments arrived as expected and were the correct quantities. I am a pleased customer.
