Great communications and follow up

Francis Cao of the Processing Team was very kind and patient working with me on getting my forms current. He took time to explain each step in detail to help me better understand the actions and provided all of the content after completion. Kudos to Francis for making this such a positive experience and easy. Well done to Genesis team for having such quality team members and giving them the latitude to take the time to address customers needs to fruition.
