Customer Service doesn’t exist. They say they have 24/7 support I’ve been trying to contact them for over 24hrs no response. I made a withdrawal request 15 hours ago no response from support and it’s still pending. Live chat doesn’t work try it before you deposit your money. They will ghost you I think the good reviews are AI
Update I received my withdrawal request approximately 7 hours after I made this review. No apologies or even acknowledgment of my email. They responded withdraw approved by Maria

I’ve only been on Genesis for not even a week and there’s already a 3 day wait from support on a simple email question. Everything about the brokerage.. the functioning of the website, spreads, execution is all very good. But still waiting 3 days for a response from support is a huge red flag.

They come through every time. Way better then gates fx or hero fx they stay up to date with their systems and maintenance so it’s less glitching or lagging on the account. The other brokers Cx support said they can’t do anything about their system which had to be cap.
