Genesis Med Spa gets a BIG Thumbs Down
When I first started with Genesis on testosterone shots, I was not sure how it was going to affect me because I was pretty healthy to begin with. So, I decided to give it try anyway. After 6 months I decided that I was not feeling that much of a difference and it was not worth it. I called the office to cancel. They told me that they had a 30 day cancelation policy. So, I looked at their website and could not find such a policy neither did I sign any paperwork that mentioned a 30 day cancelation policy. I then get a call from a guy telling me that they will not take me back as a customer ever again in the future. Why would I ever want to go back if it didn't work for me? Duh. Then he sends me a screenshot that I missed a payment in December. Well that was not my fault, they have my card on file. They forgot to pull it, not me. Not competent.
The lesson learned here is if you are not going to commit to Genesis for the rest of your life be sure you understand the cancelation policy. It is not an easy process.
