Chichi Eze is immensely passionate about Genistar portfolios and financial awareness plans. It’s obviously not just a job for her, but a calling. She was persuasive, without being forceful and displayed immense awareness of different economic backgrounds and their effect on financial know how’s. She was patient with me and yet succinct, leaving no stone unturned. The session with her was indeed the best way to truly start the new year- I told her that the financial planning modules, tips about trust and will, health insurances and smart payments of credits was not only an eye opener for me, but indeed an answer to prayers. After requesting 4 years ago to be removed from their database, they pop up again. Had no contact with them in 14 years. What a data breach! Wouldn't trust them to handle anything personal or financial.

Earlier today I had a second and conclusive session with Winifred Osakwe who once more gave an impressive presentation and provided valuable insights into financial planning and protection utilizing the Genistar products and resources. It was thorough and took long enough for me to grasp the inherent value derivable through the service Vitality Life provides. I asked lots of questions and Winnifred was professional, deliberate with explanations and guided me through a process I could not have personally managed otherwise. We produced a Multi-Benefit quote which I am happy with and now committed to.
I have learnt valuable lessons from both the first and today's sessions around financial planning and protection and look forward to fairing much better in these aspects of my personal and family life.

Even though I work in finance and already do a lot of research into personal finance, I still gained valuable insights from Genistar. The financial education itself was practical and useful, and it helped strengthen my understanding of key areas that aren’t taught in schools.
Going through the steps also personally moved me to reflect more deeply on my mindset and beliefs around money. While this wasn’t something the content explicitly teaches, it created the space and inspired me to explore that on my own. I already had a financial plan in place, but the experience encouraged me to refine and enhance it with more intention and clarity.
