These guys know what they are doing

These guys know what they are doing! Great interest rate attracted me to move money to their high-yield checking account. And their excellent customer service is keeping me! Plus they raised the interest rate!

Great people to deal with.

I went to Genisys to check on a consolidation loan because they have the loan on my truck. I not only got the consolidation loan to pay off high interest obligations but they also financed a new motorcycle. Even with the new loans my monthly debt was significantly reduced. Peter at the branch in Eagan MN is very professional and very knowledgeable. He was very easy to deal with and had everything finalized very quickly. Quite simply, great people and a great place to do business with.

App and website features have changed…

Overall satisfied. Great mortgage rate. Somewhat easy online banking. App and website features have changed twice since joining. Some features are no longer available (example: seeing pending/upcoming bill pay transactions in transaction list).

Hands down the best...

Everyone from every location in Michigan so far is Awesome. We have been members for over 10 years to the Commerce Twp branch and absolutely love the service and attention given to us!

i would give minus star if it was an option. Costumer service associates do not know what they are doing. they can not even evaluate their own information to make transaction
