Suspect I have ADHD so after meeting with my counsellor thought would give this a try

I took part in an GeniusIQ quiz in March.i understood that I would pay £1.00. The results to the quiz I took were totally different to what I expected. I re-took the same test using a different email address and gave different answers, I received exactly the same results as the first test. Realising this may be a spam site I re-took the test a third time, gave totally different answers but received exactly the same results. I assumed that all I would pay was £3.00. But just three days later three payments of £29.95 were taken from my credit card and again 28 days later. I contacted Genius IQ asking for a complete refund and cancellation. They’ve refused to refund and sent three cancellation links, two of the links did not work at all. I’ve managed to cancel all subscriptions, the accounts also showed that they were still in trial and no charges were due so I’m claiming chargeback from credit card provider. Customer service from GeniusIQ is non existent .

I’m still normal me♥️
Very thorough analysis and thanks for letting me know I am “my kind of normal” lol. Someone recently compared me to her narcissistic ex thanks to online dating 😅. Made me think, Thank you for your insight!!
Straight up fraud age.. 29
The front end developer who designed this sight, leaves a barely legible contract and zero contact info… this site may provide a pretty picture however is policy is malpractice down to the core, inciting customers to make an account to be charged and not keeping those records except for, ***card info, and charging egregious fees and not keeping your account to provide cancellation*** on top of not providing contact info. ***this website is fraudulent***.
this iq test was interesting

I liked the fact that it asked questions that i could relate to and I could understand. I would appreciate if it was ACTUALLY free instead of the website advertising it. Fortunately I'm not That Broke to give up $2
