I bought a brush cutter from Amazon but there was a part missing. Rather than send it back I contacted Genpower customer services and spoke to Paul.
Within 2 days I have received the missing part with no fuss. It was an easy process to complete.
My wife took delivery of an hysc210 scarifier. When I came to complete assembly that evening I found a large straight dent in the petrol cap, extending to a small depression in the tank edge. The cap was probably still sealing, but very ugly, the tank dent much harder to notice.
I reported this, suggesting the cap needed replacing, I got a ticket number shortly after. 2 days later a new cap with tank attached arrived, WOW, thank you Hyundai, great customer service, so fast I didn't miss out on using it. Now fitted it looks great.

it's nice to not have to escalate issues or navigate terrible automated telephone answering machines, when my Honda mower needs replacing I know where to look.

Have been waiting since November 2025 for parts for my Hyundai Generator.
Can't count how many times I've emailed and phoned, each time told it was either on a ship or aeroplane, or they were checking if it had arrived.
Durring a recent communication, I suggested they simply provide me with a free of charge replacement Generator.
Declined by them as I didn't buy from them??.
They are Hyundai!!

Simply, don't purchase Hyundai generator as spares take over six months if you ever get them!!

Worst after sale’s I’ve ever encountered service manager not reliable.
Very helpful advice from Soureshna. Explained that the latest version of the Hyundai chainsaw I purchased does not have a decompression valve unlike the version in the helpful you tube video from a chap called Andrew (dates from 2013). Also helpful in explaining about how the 3 year warranty worked and advice followed up with a helpful email summarising our discussion. Very good.

I recently purchased a Petrol Strimmer 26cc. It arrived safely but with with a minor fault. I contacted Customer Service who were able to identify quickly and efficiently a solution and put this into motion enabling the issue to be rectified without any undue delay. This was achieved with the help and assistance of Soureshna, who guided me through the process.
It is now up and running. Very pleased with the product.
