I had an absolutely terrible experience with GenTech Solutions. A filter was 'officially' installed on my device, but it never actually filtered anything. I reached out and was told several times that someone would contact me to sort it out, but no one ever called me back. They refused to refund me for all the months I was paying for no filter. Extremely poor customer care. Do not waste your time.
