Scam WARNING. They sold me a faulty product and now they don't want to deliver what I ordered. They also don't want to pay the shipping coast or refund my money. I hate them....

THE WORST experience ever! DO NOT BUY from them. My order took forever to arrive, i reached out several times without response and finally when i got the item, it was completely different from what i ordered. Im still waiting for any response from them….

Clothes never came despite them asking for reviews. Emails and calls to support never were returned.

Not worth it! Stuff looks good on the pictures but isn’t what it really seems. Took forever to get here, Customer service is trash, didn’t provide me with tracking number for usps, uses foreign third party tracking. It’s just too much. Don’t buy from here guys unless you want to be disappointed.

Took a chance ( regretfully) on this Chinese company, products looked good .
Ordered a leather orange jacket ,after a month received a cheap material dark brown jacket and wrong design .Many emails later they answered and would not refund or exchange ....wanted me to keep the jacket and offered only 20% of $109.75 refund on a cheap jacket which you can buy at swapmeet for $19,99....WTF !!!! Never again I'd buy anything online directly from CHINA!

I ordered a men's linen robe (calf-length with long sleeves) and a pair of men's flowy linen pants (super baggy and tapered bottoms). After several weeks of asking for updates, the items I finally received where nowhere close to what I ordered. I received two child-size items: One synthetic cape with small slits for the hands and a buckle in the front; The pants were 100% polyester and had no similarities to the style in the AI generated photo.

These boots were advertised with a photo showing slouchy distressed boots - what I received was a pair of very new looking, very cheap leather (more like leatherette) mid-calf high boots, with no distressing, different soles, that do not slouch - obvious bait and switch - very poor quality- total misrepresentation - go elsewhere.

Website is deceiving as if the items are being made and shipped from Illinois (which is where I live ironically). I realized later after delay and receiving the item, its actually coming from China. Once it finally arrived, it was NOT the item I ordered at all. Took a long time for the company to reply to my request to refund and return. Eventually the offered me a 20% discount on the item and said that I could keep the jacket as a "complementary gift" - offering a 20% discount is not a complementary gift. Later, my options were 25% discount or return the time to China which would be $50-70 on top of shipping that I would be responsible for covering. The item was $123, not worth the return. Don't waste your time ordering from here!

Hi everyone I ordered 2 denim tops after no correspondence they arrived and which they are nothing like photos sent email no response it cost me a lot of money very bad company would advise people not to buy from this company 😔

Yes, my fellow customers, you are correct. This is the biggest scam in the world. I ordered five linen shirts for $294 and received some shirts that I could’ve gotten from a Dollar General store. The shirts I received were all polyester compared to the ones that I ordered and that were shown online and in the pictures and still are online on their website advertised as 100% linen. They offered me 20% refund which I’m sure I will never get and told me don’t worry about returning these goods that I could keep them which do me and nobody else any good because they’re not worth two cents. Yes be careful and do not ever order from Gentglam. This is really sad that Facebook on other platforms allow them to go online and scan people like this. Also did not disclose that this merchandise was coming from China, which took about four weeks. Let’s fight to get them removed.

What you see in their catalog is totally different from what you will actually receive, From a gorgeous expensive looking products to a very cheap looking one in actuality, I recently purchased a supposedly 100$ and an 80$ items respectively,and what I got are items that I could certainly buy fro SHEIN for probably less than 15$. I am so disappointed, I feel like I was scammed. Never again would I purchase from this site.

this is a scam company. do not fall for their ads on Facebook. they will not give you your money back, even weeks after your order fails to arrive
