Took payment for shoes they did not have in stock. They say the refund has been processed at their end, no sign after nearly a month in my bank account. My bank have asked for a receipt of the refund which they have not provided. Please save your money and time and do. Not but from these charlatans
If I could give 0 stars I would. I orders black leather sling backs for 89.95 and they took over a month to get to me and they are skinny and long not my size 6.5 as they are 2 inches longer than my foot . Also smell like chemicals not leather. I emailed them and they gave me BS “ that they shipped the right size but that due to manufacturing process, measurements tolerance and images vary. said I would have to pay shipping back to Asia to return them but no mention of a credit.
I have tried to contact this company 2 times now for a return. Absolutely no response. Cheap material and awful customer service. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
A fake company, or at best a scammy one. Their site says they’re based in LA, but the shoes shipped from China. I got an email about a month later saying they’d been delivered, but the “tracking” said they were still in transit - suspicious. Then the tracking said it had been delivered, but nothing arrived. I asked for a refund, they told me to take it up with USPS while unable to provide any useful info to do so, like a local tracking number. DO NOT BUY from this company, you’ll just lose your money. I really wish I’d read the reviews here before ordering!!!
This website currently says it's going out of business after being in business since 1987, but this website has been registered for just 3 months (February 2026). Registered in Ontario but the shoes I ordered were shipped from China. Ordered 3 pairs of shoes that came in the wrong size - clearly company error but after weeks of emails back and forth with a customer service chatbot, no resolution. Was variously offered a return, but no shipping address was provided after requesting it multiple times; was offered a 20% refund on shoes that I can't wear because of the company's own error. Avoid this company!!
