I'm a genuine customer from Scotland. I ordered the Black Label wedding ring with free engraving. The ring arrived beautifully packaged, incredibly well engraved - all within 10 days!
The ring was a little on the large side, probably due to my fault in not carefully measuring my finger properly. On honeymoon I almost lost it in the sea, as it was loose, so decided to request a smaller size (as promised in the company's website).
My email request was responded to within an hour, and they confirmed that they would send a replacement ring immediately. They said there was no need to return the original, which means I can keep the one I wore on my wedding day, but wear the new one without fear of losing it.

I simply can't understand the negative comments about this company. They have been simply incredible in their customer service. I was dealing with Sarah, but suspect this is an automated name, which is a shame as it would have been nice to give credit where it was due.

I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again, and can't rate their quality, service, delivery and customer service highly enough.

Ordered June 18 and paid expedited delivery. This was a birthday gift for my husband. It is July 5th and still no ring. I believe all email responses from them are auto generated. Highly dissatisfied.

I'm surprised by all the negative reviews about service, because I just had a great experience with customer service. Maybe they are making an effort to fix this.

My ring came within a week and a half of ordering or so.. it had an engraving too. The quality was great but it was not quite the look my fiance wanted after all, plus we ordered too large of a size using their measure at home technique. The website is not clear about the return policy for engraved rings so I figured I would not be able to return and only exchange. When I explained to customer service I did not wish to exchange, they refunded me (the same day) AND told me to keep the ring.

Customer service is excellent and they really went out of the way to satisfy our order! We ordered matching bands for wedding and needed one resized. They were quick to respond and the ring arrived shortly after. Rings as a product are really nice and quality. We enjoy the infinity bands for our special day. Thanks Gentlebands! ~MKN

This company cannot provide a direct answer to a simple question. On top of that, the quality of these rings are terrible. Im upset with the customer service and lack of direct answers. Do not waste your time or money. My ring broke after 10 months of purchase and these are not made with the materials they say.

We ordered my husbands ring from here, he works with heavy machinery and the ring chipped. I contacted the company via email and within hours had a reply. I was able to reorder a new ring, half size smaller per my husbands request. They sent the new ring within a few days. When we got the replacement, we noticed our special engraved message wasn’t on the ring so I reached back out to the company. Again, they responded super quick and offered us another ring, any size and engraved message. They have been extremely pleasant to work with. Despite the negative reviews on here, I’ve had nothing but good results with them so far. We’re currently waiting on our ring but they have emailed the status each day. The quality and design of the rings are nice, price seemed fine considering how much we paid years ago for a white gold one.

I ordered a wedding ring from this company after seeing the unique whisky barrel band, had never seen anything like it before and ordered despite some of the negativr reviews, i incorrectly measured my finger and it was slightly too large, i emailed customer support late at night and by the time i had woke the next morning and had a email back condirming a re sizer would be sent to confirm the correct size and once i have the correct size they would send me a new ring with the same engravment on the original, unexpectedly they also said i can keep the original which by this point i had got married so was very happy with this, today the new ring arrived and fits perfect and i would recomend this company to anyone as i had nothing but a positive experience.

I picked out my favorite wedding band here ($230). Then I did a Google search by image and found the exact same ring for $23. I recommend you do the same. They have some nice stuff, but they didn't make it. Don't spend $230 on a $23 ring.

I did this because other people called them out on stealing their designs. They even use the same pictures as the original sellers

I am so amazed by the customer service this company offers. I ordered a ring for my husband and upon arrival, we realized it was too big. I reached out to exchange sizes but wasn't quite sure which size we needed. Gentlebands sent me a ring sizer for free for my husband to properly size his finger. I sent them the proper measurements and they offered to send me the correct size for free. It was such a relief to be treated so well, during such an exciting time of life. THANK YOU, Sarah!!

I got a ring for my husband a year ago. We loved it. It had our anniversary as an engraving because our original gold rings have it too. Well short story long, he lost the ring working, and we reached the company costumer service and they were super helpful. I got the life warranty and they replaced the ring with the engraving on it and at no cost! Like I even offered to pay the shipping and they had already shipped the item. LOVE this company and I’ll never get anything from anywhere else. Also to add the titanium doesn’t scratch, is really good material.

I wanted a surprise for hubby’s 50th so pinched his original wedding ring, got it sized up and sent the details to Gentle Bands for a Mountain Ring. On his birthday, the new ring only fit on his little finger. Straight away I went back to the company and sorted a new size. I offered to return the original ring which I was told I could keep. Thought it was too good to be true. Was told replacement was on its way and provided with a tracking number. After a few quiet days (UK based) Yodel sprang into life and I tracked the parcel - which to turned out to be was some random car part for a neighbour. I don’t quite know where the mess up has happened but hubbies birthday was a week ago and he still doesn’t have his present. Given we have also due to family circumstances, I would not wish on my worst enemy, I am beyond gutted. It’s the first time in years I have been able to save up some money to gift him something nice like this and it’s been horrendous and I am a lot of money out of pocket.

Got my husband his wedding band through them. Came exactly as pictured, engraving was perfect! Size was perfect!

I’m really surprised by all the negative reviews. I’m a genuine purchaser from the UK. I ordered myself a wedding ring in September 2024, I ordered a 12.5mm without actually reading all the advice on sizing. I contacted the company who sent me a what could only be described as a cable tie with the measurements on. Ordered a 9mm which was a little tight, the company sent it out with engraving at no charge to me. The ring was a little tight so I contacted them again thinking they’d get the hump. They replied with a really friendly email and then sent out the 9.5mm at no charge. The customer experience that I received can only be described as excellent. At no point did they attempt to charge me for the replacements which was my fault. I will be using them again this week and will follow up with another review.

Excellent service. Ordered my ring but I massively over sized it. Asked for an exchange but they simply sent me a new one with a revised size without having to send the original back! Was super helpful and responded on the same day. Ring looks fantastic and I am super pleased! Would use again for sure!

Ordered "the impact" as a wedding ring and had it engraved. Quick and easy to order, delivery was fast.
The ring came and looks absolutely stunning. It is packaged in a neat little box with a certificate of craftsmanship and lifetime warranty. The only issue we had with the ring is that it was too big. Sent an email to gentlebands to explain the situation, they replied swiftly and sent us out a free ring sizer. Once i had the correct size they replaced the ring completely free of charge. This was straight forward without any hassle. New ring came and it fit perfectly!!
Come the wedding day the ring got a hell of a lot of appreciation feom guests with how stunning it looks!

Terrible service from start to finish.
Ordered my ring at the beginning of April, was told it was on its way etc. Then after a month I queried where it was, I was told that the 1 specific ring I had ordered was so special it would take another 3 weeks to be made.
3 weeks was not going to work for me as I get married in June, I was then told I could choose any other ring on site and it would be delivered within the week.
I gave them a week and still nothing, I was then told it was 3 working days away, a week later and I’ve still not had any confirmation or shipment.
The site is clearly a scam and have no intention of sending rings.

I placed an order for a ring with plenty of time before my wedding. Ring included an engraving which I considered the timing before I ordered.

Come wedding day, my husband had NO ring. Customer service sucks and gave me every single run around, changed all their reasonings, excuses. No accountability for doing me wrong or any sort of apology for not getting my ring in time. And they were dishonest about where the ring was shipping from and timing of completing my order from what was on their tracking number from USPS vs tracking the order on their website. Ring came the week after my wedding…

Requested a partial refund for them taking so long, longer than what they claim on their site. Received a refund confirmation sent to my email saying I would get my money back in 3-7 days, and 27 days later still no refund.

I sent a request to make a smaller size of the original ring I ordered since that is a part of their company guarantee, so we’ll see what happens and how long that takes…

If you’re looking for a place to get a ring, pick somewhere else.

This is a scam. I order over 6 weeks ago and never received the item. I reached out 2 weeks after hearing nothing. I was sent an email stating the item was shipped May 5 with invoice and details. Then the so called tracking link they sent does not show locations of the facilities which the item is traveling or estimated departure/arrival dates or which carrier is being used. Next I was told it was held in customs and if not resolved in 48hr they would send another ring. That never happened and then the tracking wouldn't work. I have filed fraud. Do NOT give them your money. They are nothing but ELABORATE SCAMMERS.

I ordered a ring from this outfit. Took me a while to find one I liked. I needed it for a special occasion that was two weeks away. I chose priority shipping and paid an extra $25. It arrived yesterday, the 20th of May, 4 days before my event. It should have been here last week. All that aside, I was excited for the ring. I ordered one that had two parts. The outer ring was titanium and it had an internal ring of wood. Very cool. Well I got the ring yesterday and went to put it on my finger and the two pieces separated. Cheap construction and poor adhesion. So I send them a picture last night and ask for a refund. They say they stand behind and will refund. They told me they were sorry I was disappointed. I am HIGHLY disappointed. They told me I could choose a replacement ring, and even if it was more expensive, they would cover the cost, and I would not need to send the crap one back. That alone tells a lot. I spent good money on this ring. I ordered the one I wanted, not an back up. So, today, I had no reply with instructions to send the ring back or how to process the refund. So I emailed again. I was given the same song and dance. Choose another we will replace. I sent another email stating that I want a refund and never wanted a replacement. I don't want a replacement from a company whose ring came apart by simply putting it on my finger. I received another communication tonight STILL about the replacement. I told them to process the refund and stop belittling my request. The company screams scam. If you offer satisfaction and will refund, then dammit, honor your word.

The rings themselves are very unique. The ring that I ended up getting was the fish hook! I've never seen anything like it.

My hubby loves it and could not be more happy with it. It is a bit too big for his ring finger. It fits one of his and looks really nice. I thought about returning for a size smaller, but he loves it and can wear it as a necklace to. The free engraving really adds a nice touch to it all!
