Opened a account here. Deposited funds, played slots and won £80. Tried to withdraw and they closed my account.

They asked for kyc documentation. I've now supplied them absolutely everything they asked for. Proof of address, proof of bank details. Drivers licence and passport. Still not completed a simply kyc check!

Be aware also, They request documents not set out by the government! I.e full bank statement. This is not needed and a breach of your data protection too.

I've now had to pass this to the ICO, Gambling Commission a ADR

I am in court with them, for the return of deposits and for material and moral compensation. Very dishonest bet website which is not operating under the legislation. When I try to withdraw £125 they blocked the withdrawal request, asking for documents which I forward including certified bank statement.
By the Licence Condition 17 it is very clear that you are blocking my withdrawal against the licence condition:
Gambling businesses should not ask for this information when you make a withdrawal if they could have asked for it sooner.
After I mailed what the legislation is saying the cancel my account completely.

Lovell brothers wiped out my balance of £10,000+ with Gentleman Jim back in August 2024 and falsely accused me of owing them £6000. 3 months of terrible customer service via email followed. Case sent to IBAS where 10months later Gentleman Jim made an offer of £3000 through them. Rejected and still awaiting a fair outcome nearly 11 months after they suspended my account. They have also ignored my data subject access request.

Think my money went towards their dragon bet pitch at Cheltenham.

Would avoid if have the audacity to make a profit off them. Had no issues when thousands down.

Absolute disgrace of a bookmaker. Placed a bet on certain odds, their site were having 'issues' (their words), when i checked the bet they said traders had lowered it at much worse odds. I contacted them and they just dismissed it. They are one of the worst I've ever used. DO NOT BET WITH THESE.

edit:Don't get fooled by their reply (below), it's completely incorrect and my complaint has nothing to do with bet limits, just the bookmaker making excuses for truly terrible behavior. My missus wanted to try a different site so she signed up to this one, being we've never heard of it I used an email address that wasn't my main and I deposited with no issues whatsoever with my card as my missus was skeptical to begin with so she wanted me to use mine.

Now if it was an issue they should of flagged it up straight away no after I make a withdrawal of £30 that it's just £30 and they send me a snotty email demanding that I explain why I've used a 3rd party email address which was mail.com btw and to me is well known and why we used a 3rd party bank account which again was revolut which is super well known the a demand that we send in absolutely everything we have to prove who we are?! I think the majority of negative reviews are from people who EXPECT to win when they deposit their money.
