Gentle Patches Reviews 

First of all, Gentle Patches Worked for me. Not immediately and not in an incredible weight loss- I only lost about 11 pounds with a 3 month supply. BUT that is not my complaint. About 10 days after finishing the patches ...I started gaining weight, not all but about 1 pound every 2 days. I remembered hearing it took 6 months on these patches before you "reset" your new weight. But that is not my complaint either!

So I tried to reorder Gental Patches but after filling in the information, I received an alert from Gentle Patches that the Visa bank debit card failed & the order could not be processed! IT MUST BE A COMPUTER GLITCH -I have an 800 credit score and my cards are 100% backed up by my bank. I thought I would call the bank the next day. Then tried with American Express. SAME MESSAGE- CARD CANNOT BE PROCESSED. So I just gave up - Next morning I receive two fraud alerts, one for my bank card and one from American Express. Both suspected fraud and canceled any payments, But I had to cancel both cards and wait to be sent a new ones.
This occurred about a month ago or more. Then I TRIED the Kind Patches because they were cheaper, no problem ordering but they did not work for me at all.

Now TONIGHT, I decide to try to order Gentle Patches again.
( I did not realize this was the company triggering those fraud alerts from my Bank and American Express 4 months ago because they did not Identify themselves as Gental Patches when charges hit the bank or AMX; and I was under the impression that "the card could not be processed" and assumed it was never processed! Also, the amounts were different.

Now TONIGHT, I just received an automated response asking if I made a purchase for $134. and change and expect to receive a similar call tomorrow from AMX.
Fortunately, they stopped the culprits and I did not lose money BUT I STILL NEED TO WAIT FOR NEW CREDIT CARDS AGAIN!!!

I am seriously hesitant to continue on line shopping & wonder if Gentle Patches is involved with this fraud.

What a load of rubbish, first patch fell off after 2 hours, not even sticky. Don't waste your money on this junk

I had an issue with my order, my fault, not thiers and it was resolved within an hour by Gelou. Top customer service!

I did not receive the correct amount of patches and only received one type of patch instead of the two that I ordered. I am trying to work it out with the company now.

Quick response also fixes your problem fast you are listened by the workers very friendly

These patched did nothing for me or my sister.

Fast shipping. Good descriptions of each patch. And I lost 2 lbs.

My order got lost and they refunded my money right away. They offered to replace if I wanted. Good customer service.

I have not loss any weight or hunger surpression. Very disappointed

Unfortunately there is no option to leave zero stars but that is what I would have rated them. I recently made an order with them but after I selected the patches I wanted I then had 6 other offers popping up that I had to dismiss as they were trying to sell add-ons
I accidentally pressed the wrong part of the screen to decline the offer and instead selected add to order. I presumed there would be a final confirmation screen but there was not. I emailed them within a few minutes to explain my issue and after many emails back and forth I was offered a 30 per cent refund!! This is absolutely disgusting and I will be contacting my bank as my consumer rights are that I should get a full refund after being mis-sold extra items. What an unprofessional, immoral and illegal company this is. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!

Having tried these patches as recommended, first patches had no effect, I realise now that these do not work and are a waste if money. Feel annoyed with myself for believing the ads, I should have known better.

A con. Do not waste your money

The whole experience was totally overwhelming with support throughout the delivery ordeal.

Brilliant customer service going the extra mile putting the customer at ease.

I ordered my first order (which I have still to receive as was only 2 days ago so will update once tried)!but I wanted to cancel my subscription until I had tried as I end up with so many subscriptions that I forget how and when to cancel if required, so thought Id try first and if I liked I could start up again.
Anyway, I emailed to cancel and received a lovely reply almost immediately (within the hour) confirming my cancellation and offering any other assistance. I immediately responded thanking their prompt customer service (which at no point made me feel pressured to not cancel or to re book). Again I got a lovely reply offering assistance if and when required and reconfirming my cancellation. Of all the companies or individual small businesses I have dealt with over the years I can honestly say that the customer service is second to none, so much so that if the patches work even a tiny bit I will most certainly order again.
An absolutely fantastic company to deal with and want to offer my sincere thanks for making the whole process so easy and calm, if it was possible to give more than 5 🌟 I would and would encourage anyone to at least try from this business before some of the others on the market who I didn’t have such a positive experience with.
I will update with results once tried.

The patches stick well, they are gentle on the skin. However, I do not see any difference in my appetite or my weight. I have not lost an ounce and this is my week 3. Very disappointing.

Patches did not work for me and apparently I signed up for a subscription I new nothing about, customer services from GLP-1 gentle patches Australia are a nightmare to deal with it says money back guarantee and they keep sending me emails with 25% money back and you keep the product I think I have received 3 of them and then the last one was 50% and I keep the product. I just want to send the product back for a full refund which I clearly state in every return email.

I was willing to try this product for $14.95. When I checked out I was charged $134. I received an email right away and asked to cancel my order. They said they couldn't because it was shipped. Not in less than one minute. Then 2 emails offering up to 60% off. I said .Ripoff
