Not satisfied

This website is a disaster

This website is a disaster. I cancelled my order as soon as I confirmed (in error), but "Dave" ignored that, charged my card and shipped. I tried to contact numerous times by phone and on his site to confirm my cancellation, but never once got a response - Terrible service. Once he got my money he couldn't care.
Then the goods were held in customs and I needed an invoice from The Gents Cave to retrieve them. I got one response from "Dave" regarding the duty, but nothing on the documentation required, then no responses thereafter - again, once he got my money he couldn't care less.
I also believe he charged me VAT in Ireland which he shouldn't have as I live in a non EU member state and will pay VAT here. I'm curious to know if he pockets that.
This is the worst service I have ever received from an online purchase, I can't advise you enough to STAY AWAY.

Shockingly poor customer service

Made an order with the company. They sent most of the order correctly but one item was substituted with a replacement but the replacement item was the same as one of the other items in the order. When I tried to contact them to discuss this I have been completely ignored. I have tried through the contact page on the website and through Facebook to no avail. Shockingly poor customer service. Also the delivery was outwith their suggested timescales. I'm assuming due to the fact they didn't have part of the order in stock which was substituted.

Ripped OFF...

Ripped OFF...

I ordered items from his eBay store.
Never arrived some excuse about post office fault...
Case open with paypal had to use another supplier in Dublin.
He wont even answer the phone.

It seems it was a mistake ordering from…

It seems it was a mistake ordering from them...... I payed extra for fast shipping and communication via facebook was great at the begining. When my package didn't arrive after a month i sent message through facebook and nothing.... After few days I sent another message, it was read but I was still ignored... On their page says and I c/p:

"My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Simply email us via our Contact Us page. We do out best to address and resolve all inquiries within less than 24 hours."

So I tried sending a message through their website in hope of getting some kind answer.... It has been almost a week and I am still ignored, nobody tried to contact me or offer me a solution, I payed 42 €, didn't get my package and they are acting like "we got your money, so F you and your missing package". It has been a month and a half since I purchased item on their website.

I know it is possible that postal service from my country is at fault but this is no way to treat a customer.... And this is coming from someone who worked in retail so I have understanding if there was problem with delivering my package but there are no excuses and it is highly unprofessional for ignoring someone who has a problem.... I purchased item from them because I was afraid from buying things on amazon and ebay because I was afraid that something like this would happen, ironic... It seems that it is much safer to buy on ebay/amazon than from websites like this.

So yeah, I don't recommend buying anything from them.....

So I pay for spread shipping and this doesn’t happen
Contact gents cave who apologise, say I’ll get refunded for the express delivery and my order is on its way
3 weeks it took to arrive
I never got any refund for express delivery charge
I got blocked from your social media accounts.
I had two messages that where not responded to and the blocked
Don’t advertise express delivery when it doesn’t happen
I no this isn’t a sole issue as a friend ordered from you and waiting 3 weeks.
Not a good experience at all

Many thanks for sharing your experience and I am sorry to hear that you were not pleased.
To address your points;
We are based in Ireland, whilst you are overseas. Our standard economy delivery overseas can take up to 21 days. Your order was with you by day 11, not 3 weeks late.
Having reviewed the details of your order, there was a delay with your local mail handler, which we apologized for and offered to refund the delivery cost. You accepted this and we advised that this would be refunded onto the card which you used to pay. This was carried out, however, refunds to cards internationally take 5-7 working days.
3 days later, you contacted our team via Facebook, using abusive language, advising that the refund for postage had not yet arrived.
Regardless of any circumstance, using foul language with our team is unacceptable, therefore, you were blocked from our Facebook page.
I note that we also offered you the option to return your order for a full refund - You declined this offer.
Our express delivery option is available on all orders, with most arriving within 2-3 days.

I ordered cards against humanity which…

I ordered cards against humanity which never arrived then after getting in contact they said they would send out replacement with a expansion set as a way of an apology which I excepted but I never received the expansion pack with the replacement and when I reminded them of it I got know reply which left a sour taste unfortunately .

ITEM NEVER ARRIVED

EDIT: due to the pressures of a PayPal contestment, the company have since refunded me ! Their below response being totally incorrect.

Paid €4 for faster 2 day delivery. It's been over a week and there's no sign of the package. Customer service was nice enough to reship it.
