Microfibre brushes for vents & fans

Ordered 2 (bundle 1 blue, 1 gray). microfibre brushes advertised for cleaning vents, fans. Appeared to be lovely thick, multi layer bristles, good strong handles . What I received was 2 blue brushes, single layer bristles & cheap handles. Not at all what was shown in the advertisement. Seemed like a different item to me.
I ordered similar brushes from Amazon for $8.00 but when they arrived they were also cheap, thinly layered brushes. I was furious & tried to return them but the shipping was $26. The vendor, very professional ,in Vancouver credited me back the $8.00 & told me to donate the brushes. So when I saw these thick microfibre brushes in GenuelyFred I ordered them. A 2 pack for $25US - appx $40Cdn.
What I received was the ‘exact’ same cheap brushes I paid $8. for. I did not receive 1 gray & 1 blue but 2 blue cheap, thinly bristled brushes.

I contacted GenuelyFred & they credit back 50%. I was still out of pocket & left with these cheap brushes.

I would never order anything from their website. Buyer beware!!! Is so applicable.
