Need to do something about their payment system. If you don't want to set up a PayPal account, forget it. It tries to force you to set one up. (Indicates this is a US platform they are using. Can't force you to do that in UK.) I've had to enter my card details 4 times and still can't get there. Just given up. I wonder how many other customers they have lost because of this! I would have been happy to do a bank transfer but there is no email or contact form.

Anyway, I did eventually go back and put in an order but had to set up PayPal to do it. I wanted to contact you but can't. The email address that PayPal gives bounces. Can't be found. There is no address or contact form on the website and you do not answer your landline phone and there is no facility to leave a message. Neither have I received an invoice from you.
Regarding the remote which I bought, Sony RMT-D250P Remote, you say quite clearly that it suitable for the RMY-D251P, as do other dealers. It is not. This is the second replacement I have bought and they both have the same button that does not work. Presumably the manufacturer told you it would work. On no account buy a D250P to replace a D251P.
I was stupid in that I did not do the usual checks before buying off an unknown company: Check contact details and that they answer their phone in a reasonable time.

Needed s new remote as the original one was not responding to keys being pressed. Put the TV model into Google as the TV is quite old and this company came up with a matching one. The price was excellent and if it didn't work with the TV, it no real loss. It arrived 4 days later - standard delivery but other speedier options are available. Checked it with the TV. Bingo. Spot on. And it had batteries with it. Will definitely recommend and use this company again if ever I needs a replacement remote control. Thank you.

I searched for a remote and tried to pay but the only options available were pay pal or klarna neither of which I wanted to use. I received an e mail " you've left something in your shopping cart...." I replied saying didn't want to use klarna or PayPal so had bought the remote from Amazon. Somehow without my authorisation they managed to retrieve my debit card details and again unbeknownst to me processed the payment. At the time I was in middle of changing bank accounts so didn't notice until remote arrived in post. Sent it CA k as unsolicited goods not holding my breath for refund. Will report to trading standards as have the e mails still. The language used by this company in other reviews calling customers scum is appalling and should put people off using this company

The Granary, Northwood Farm, Derbyshire, from 'Country Cottages' website: Excellent time (3 nights) at this well equipped large, 4 bedroom, cottage. Warm, everywhere inside. Boot room ideal if staying with children and/or dog, leads to pool table room then to really well equipped kitchen - down to dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid. Beds comfortable and warm; towels, provided. Outside is a table, chairs and a chiminea. Parking for at least 5 cars.
Highly recommended.

In October I ordered a remote from this company which proved to be incompatible with my TV. Following a 'phone call it was agreed that I could return it and a refund would be issued. I returned the remote (at my own expense) together with a cover note but did not receive my refund. I then sent an email on 22 December to request that the refund be actioned but have heard, and received, nothing. I get the impression that this company only works if everything goes well with no need for returns. To date, I have telephoned, written a note, and emailed to no avail. They have their remote back to sell on and my £20!

Ordered an original sony remote and received a cheap replica worth a fraction of the price. Trying to return it but no communication from seller and now going through paypal to get my money back. Avoid
