First class service and extremely competitive prices
Having read positive reviews on Trustpilot I decided to order two pairs of sunglasses from the Genuine Style website. Unfortunately due to a technical issue with the website I was unable to place the order using my preferred payment method. I contacted customer service to see if they could help resolve this, and Richard was most helpful in bringing about a resolution to the issue, and I was able to submit the order. Richard also gave me a discount, without being asked, which was not necessary,but nevertheless appreciated. My order was received in full and as described and was well packaged. I can recommend Genuine Style to anyone who wants competitively priced sunglasses, without worries over authenticity or poor service.

A very impressive sunglasses retailer.
I was very impressed by Genuine Style. Their range is very wide, and many of the designs are in stock ready for immediate dispatch. Their prices are particularly reasonable for a U.K. based sunglasses retailer. Postage (via DPD) was included and was very quick. I was especially impressed with their returns system - the first pair I ordered from them was rather too small for me and so I arranged a return. This procedure was quick and straightforward - they even emailed me a prepaid printable return label. So, no hassle at all (unlike some other online sellers), and the refund was full and quick (of course, the returned sunglasses must be in unused ‘as received’ condition). Consequently, I promptly ordered a different pair to replace the returned ones, and then treated myself to another pair.
I will not consider buying sunglasses online from anywhere else from now on.
