DO NOT.!!!!.Use a big Scam ...Trustpilot only gives real company reviews in my option from real people
DO NOT.!!!!.. USE THIS COMPANY as i ordered a Dome that arrived .I paid for that and the additional add on Orb lights and Privacy sunshades at a considerable COST FOR THE COMPLETE TRANSACTION NEAR £1500.which i can ill afford to loose.I kept seeing the package was held up at UPS hub in Deeside.after 6 days emails and countless calls 4 days running to be told that busy and to leave a message by a robot...Nothing came back on the calls and the London phone number i think just a scam line.A woman G did briefly pop up on message online to say would look into missing delivery that is now a week ago.and the tracking details that held the packages as missing/delayed in Deeside they just went after my complaint emails.
Now they are just totally silent...IF YOU CANNOT SUPPLY GOODS OR INFORM CUSTOMERS WHERE ARE ..PLEASE JUST REFUND MY MONEY FOR COSTLY MISSING ITEMS !! OR JUST TAKE THE DOME BOXES back ...and refund entire amount..
I think trading standards would be pleased to know the reviews on your site are glowing ,But BEHIND it all different story .The worst of it was it was meant for use over Christmas but now with missing unaccounted additionaly items its all for nothing as cant use
