I’m a first time buyer and had no clue about anything. The explained the surgery to me perfectly and really dumbed it down so I could understand.

Geobear were helpful and professional, arrived when they said they would and tidied up properly afterwards. The wall cracks visibly closed as polymer was injected which was very reassuring.

The representative from Geobear went to great lengths to collect all the relevant information from me prior to our 30 minute zoom conversation. Whilst the conclusion was that geobear would not be a suitable solution, I felt that they really paid attention to my situation and fully understood the issue.

Right from initial contact, all members from the office and site team were very helpful and answered any and all of my questions.
On the day, the team were early to arrive and quickly got on with the job in hand. Unfortunatly the Injection motor wouldn't work so we had to reschedule the pumping phase of the job. When they returned the job was quickly sorted and the team left me fully informed that the porch had been raised 4mm and was now stable.
If you have any underpinning issues i would recommend you give them a call.

Good communication up front with the engineer planning the work, and we were booked in very quickly for a two day slot.
On the day itself, the team were late arriving and getting started. There had been prior talk of it being all done in one day, but good job they left two in the diary. They cracked on in the afternoon and into the next day, though weren't terribly communicative during the works, and there had been some miscommunication about the lifting of carpets to cut a hatch.
We were unfortunate that their truck broke down part way through the work, which meant a third day was required - but these things happen and are unpredictable, so can't complain.
Post work and having paid, communication was a bit slow getting the completion paperwork - we were straight into the Christmas period, so some give expected but took a little chasing.
Overall, pretty good - just comms could perhaps be a bit better at times.

I recently had Geobear attend my property on 23 December to complete the agreed works, and I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience from start to finish.

On the day of the works, the engineers arrived on time, were courteous and respectful of my property, and carried out the task with minimal disruption. The work itself was completed smoothly, and the site was left tidy and in good order. Again, the team took time to answer questions and reassure me throughout, which I really appreciated.

Overall, I was very impressed with the professionalism, technical knowledge and customer care demonstrated by Geobear. The process was straightforward, well-managed and exactly as promised — from quotation to completion. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to others facing subsidence or ground stability concerns.

The team arrived on time and set about preparing the site for injecting the polymer. They were happy to answer the questions I raised and completed the job in about half a day. If you are suffering with movement in your building, I would recommend talking to geobear.

I contacted them following advice from my structural surveyor. From the first engineer who visited the property I was given a full explanation of the process and what could be achieved.
Customer service and contact was first class whilst I was trying to fit my busy work schedules around having the work done.
When the work was carried out, their operatives worked efficiently and effectively, again with explanation of what they were doing, why , and what would be achieved. The site was was left clean and tidy afterwards.

I contacted Enda Gorman for advice on a property abroad which needed work done to address subsiding issues. Even though it wasn't possible for Geobear to carry out the actual work, as it was outside of the country, Enda took the time to review all the photos we had of the property and read a report based on a visual inspection by an engineer on site. He then gave a detailed opinion on the issues and explained what he felt could be done to rectify the situation with the foundations. He also explained why the issues may have occurred and detailed how the work might be carried out. Lastly, after explaining that Geobear could not carry out the work abroad, Enda took the time to direct us to a company abroad, near the area, which could help and further explained how to approach them. Enda was a pleasure to deal with, patient, informative and extremely knowledgeable especially considering the property he took the time to review and advise on, was something Geobear could not actually work on. His advice was very much appreciated, as we had no knowledge of this type of problem and weren't sure of the best way to move forward, now, thanks to Enda, we're a lot clearer with a plan to move forward. I would consider his help and advice a mark of the knowledge and professionalism of the company and would have had no hesitation in having Geobear carry out the necessary work.

I had a virtual site assessment session with Raswan Malik from Geobear Uk. It was a very informative session and a thorough assessment. Raswan had put a lot of prep work in advance and fully answered every question in detail. Very pleased and fully recommend Geobear.

Recently read all the excellent reviews for this company and decided to ring for further help and information.Spoke to receptionist but unfortunately we couldn’t hear what was being said as a louder colleague who seemed to be in close proximity was unintentionally talking over what we were being told. The receptionist kindly asked for our telephone number and said that she would ring us back to continue our conversation. Unfortunately we did not receive any call back or help. First impressions of this company are not good , like to be able to work with helpful, reliable people. Disappointed.

The whole process from the initial meeting with Craig to job completion was very smooth and professional from a customer’s perspective. The preparatory work I needed to do was fully explained and straightforward. There was a need to redesign the solution based on discoveries on site, but this was done swiftly and at no extra cost. The whole job took only two days on site, which is impressive. I have a lot of confidence in the treatment provided and the total cost was reasonable and below what I expected. I thoroughly recommend Geobear.

I spoke to Razwan and it was honestly very helpful. He explained everything clearly, he took his time to do a proper assessment, he didn't try to upsell anything, and I'm much more reassured about my house. I would recommend this service to anyone. There are other engineers I've contacted who charged much more or who didn't even respond so the whole process was better.

Disappointing when you come across a solution that may fix our ongoing shrinkage/heave problem at our property.

Original communication was fine with appointment booked 4weeks in advance with virtual call booked. On the day I sat for 45minutes waiting for the engineer to join the call. 2 phone call during the wait to the main line taken but no reply was forthcoming.
I rang to register the issue and was told to book another slot in 5 weeks time. I registered my dismay at waiting again and was promised a call by the engineer.

The engineer Michael did call and initially helpful. It was agreed I would send him extensive and comprehensive video of our problem both during and after heave via What’s App. No further communication received.

Like I said disappointed because I was excited when I come across this company but communication and follow through has been poor on this occasion.

Geobear was a pleasure to deal with and very professional in assisting both our company and policyholder during the recent reinstatement works at the property.

Excellent product. Problem sorted quickly with minimal disruption or mess. Lose one star as communication was poor - I had to chase on several occasions to synchronise the drain company with Geobear so that the planned schedule could be met. As I was using a company appointed by Geobear, the timetable should have been sorted between the two companies without my input being necessary.

I highly recommend Geobear. The communication was prompt and clear, and the virtual site visit was thorough and extremely professional. I am very grateful for Craig's careful examination or my property, which was insightful and will likely save me a great deal of money.

We’ve been extremely impressed with Geobear and the geopolymer subsidence solution they’ve provided for our residence. From start to finish the whole process has been very professional; Geobear have been both informative and supportive throughout what has quite a traumatic experience for us.
