They were rude, but everything is OK at the end.
I sent an email asking them to kindly send the product as if it were used or gift. They might have opened the box and actually shipped as used. The tax in Brazil is something absurd, about 120% of the value of the product. Something that would make my purchase totally unviable, since I made a very significant purchase. I said they could cancel the purchase if this was not possible, but they sent it anyway and were still very rude to me in the service saying they would not make exception and that blablabla. Now I will be required to pay the customs fee, which will be close to $ 500.00 which is absurd. Thank you!
EDIT: my request was not illegal as they claim. If you actually open the product out of the box, it is considered used, and you can declare a symbolic value like 10 bucks. Immoral is having to pay more than the value of the product to receive it.
EDIT2: I received the geocoins today. Actually they have made what I requested, so I didn't pay any taxes. I'm not sure why they were rude and make rage in the support. But at the end everything was OK! Thank you so much.

Thank you for your review, however we feel it is a little misleading to other customers.
You first contacted us about the postage of your order after we had shipped your package. Your first email asked Geocache Land to illegally mark the contents value at $10 not as used or a gift (which would also be illegal). Your second email, received a few minutes later asked to cancel the order if we were not willing to mark the contents value at $10, however as we stated in our email to you the order had already been shipped and therefore we were unable to cancel it.
We fully explained that it is in our terms and conditions that all import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and you accepted this by placing your order.
At no point were we rude and we were unable to make any exception as it would have meant breaking the law.
