As everyone else has said this company is disgraceful. I don't even remember signing up which is weird. So I have had 0.50cents taken out of my account, and then 49.99. I can't even access my apparent account as my password is incorrect. If I did sign up then I use the same password I use for everything and have done for years, so how it could be incorrect, I dont know. I emailed them saying I wanted a refund as hadn't signed up or used the service, (their terms and conditions state if you haven't used the service in 14 days you are entitled to a full refund) they sent me an automated password reset link. So I thought, ok, i'll do that and cancel it in my "account"... I reset my password, and guess what, it didn't work. So I still can't access my apparent account. So, I shall be taking this further too.

Stay away!! Big scam. Don't enter your card details/make any payments. They need to be reported and shut down
