Customer service is non-existent
Ordered couple of items from GG on 7th February. Delivery hadn't arrived by 18th so emailed to express concern. No reply received so emailed again on 26th Feb. On 29th Feb, I got an email and screenshot which showed item had been posted on 7th. Proof of posting is NOT proof of delivery.
No apology, no solution offered (replacement items sent), nothing.
Very disappointing experience, I'm down a few quid and my present to my niece has not materialised.
Try to support small local businesses where I can, but what is the point when they behave like this?
Communication is lamentable.
