I’ve reached out multiple times now to cancel order 1114, but never received any response from this business. Charge keeps pending on my credit card, but they never ship out, nor communicate status, nor respond to cancellation requests.

I ordered the Nikon Coolpix P1000, an in demand product right now which sells out extremely fast or is back ordered most places. Geordy’s never shipped or sent me my camera. I ordered on April 13 and it is now May 23. They don’t always answer my emails, they haven’t for a week now. I gave them leeway since my camera has been back ordered at the majority of places I’ve looked (but at least they’ve warned you). I was told via email my order would be shipped out by Monday April 22. On April 30, I was finally told that they started shipping but realized the last of the camera I ordered was an open box or broken sealed product but the new camera would be in the following Tuesday. On May 9, they told me they would finally be able to ship my camera the following day May 10th and they did not. They haven’t answered my most recent email asking about my order.

I have found the same exact camera for $90 more from a different website (although Target are asking for $1800 for the camera which is sold for $1098 from Nikons website when it’s in stock) BUT will literally ship to me for free Next Day Shipping. They have already provided me tracking information and everything. I ordered it this morning and will have it between 10:30-2:00 pm tomorrow, May 24th.

Geordy’s customer service is extremely poor and I’m honestly not even sure if they are a legit place anymore. The reviews this past month have seemed similar to mine. Don’t waste your money. Their prices are good, or appear to be, but you probably will never get sent anything.

Ordered my camera on 4/18/24. I was told 7 business days I’d get my camera. Well as time goes by. Never received my camera nor an email stating what’s going on. So I kept emailing them. Finally got a response. It was broken before getting ready to ship. So I’d get it shipped out the following Tuesday. So I waited until following Wednesday before sending another email to see if it was shipped. Well needless to say they pushed it back another day and another day. So two days shy was a month I requested a refund. It took three emails before getting a response. Well I finally got a refund. Except for the 32.00 international fees which I had no clue about until I looked at my credit card statement. They refuse to refund that.

Never sent the camera, never acknowledged it either. No way to call them. We had to dispute the charge.

The shipping required me to be present to sign the package from FedEx on delivery to my home during a week week. I was unaware of the signature requirement to be in person. This was Highway disruptive. Package couldn't be delivered. I had to travel an hour to the FedEx site to pick up. Oh, allowing a door tag signature delivery method would've been easier or at least knowing this was going to be the in person requirement ahead of time

Received the shipment in perfect condition 5 days after I ordered it. Excellent!
