Displayed sweater on the site was NOT what I received. To return it will cost me almost the entire cost of the $80 sweater that was sent to me. I DO NOT recommend this company as it displays incorrect information about their products.

The name and advertising is misleading. This company operates out of China. The dress I ordered was poor quality and a very strange fit. Their return policy is also misleading. Don't buy from this company unless you want to be disappointed.

what a disapointment. Garments looked like they were quickly sewn in a basement. No wonder it took forever to arrive. Also no brand name, size, washing instructions

I ordered two black sweaters. They are not wearable because it is that cheap, micro-fiber material and we own two dogs. It is impossible to wear them because dog hair and anything else in the air glues to this material. In addition, I was promised these items before Christmas and they did not make it here. I now know they were coming from China, not just by address, but by quality of the material. I would not recommend this company.

Total crap. It is located in China. They lie to you when you question their location and will not send a return label. The clothes are not as shown. This is a total crime and they need to be dealt with

Like everyone else, it's a complete scam. PayPal wouldn't even help despite me giving proof that I cancelled the order as soon as I realized the company was from China (before it was shipped). I also sent photos of the junk that arrived, but no luck. $280 worth of junk and $200 fee to return it to China.

This company scams people. Beware! Their website makes the products look fantastic, however, they are extremely poor quality, the materials used are often not stated. When you try to return the merchandise, you must return it to a City in China (they give you the wrong Zip code). The Post Office said it would me $210 to ship 2 items to this location. They offer you 20-25% to keep the items and never reimburse. You simply lose all your money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! If I could give them zero stars I would. They style themselves as a Canadian company with quality merchandise and a "hassle free" return policy but the merchandise is cheap and poor fitting and returns must be made at your own expense to their fulfillment centre in China before a refund will be issued. Scam alert!

I as well was duped by this fake company associating itself with a Canadian company. Chinese based, terrible quality. Not at all as presented. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I read all reviews on this site and a have the same experience with item I ordered.
This is definitely a SPAM company.
Unfortunately money is gone and we have no protection from fraudulent activity on line.

I recently purchased a sweater it was just looking for. I thought i would buy another one in a different color. I placed my order and waited some time to hear when it would arrive. I finally received a answer. I was told that they are holding back the payment, I checked my bank seeing if there was a problem. All was fine at my bank. As for now, I am still waiting for the sweater that was several weeks ago. Now I understand the company is closing down. I didn't hear from them and gave up.

Everything that is in these other reviews applies to me and my situation. do not buy from this company.

I was duped by this fake Canadian company. Ordered a “cozy” sweater and received a cheap, ill-fitting hoodie from China. They told me that fees and return shipping costs would be cost prohibitive so they offered a partial refund if I keep it. So annoying!

The items I received did not fit and I wanted to send back and they said I had to ship to China which would have cost more than the clothes. PLEASE do not deal with this Company!!! Now I have clothes that don't fit and can't get refund!!!!

If you order from them the product sent is not what you order but a cheap substitute.

NOT CANADIAN...misleading adertising...product not worth the $300 price tag, barely worth the sale price...poor design and poorly made, no fabric content or wash and care tags, blouse fabric like raincoat material...

unfortunately like alot of people, i also thought this was a Canadian company due to how they present themselves. Wanting to support a Canadian company i placed an order for a couple items. First clue was when i checked tracking and it showed the order was being delivered to an international Airport. Which i thought was strange as we are just up the highway from their store.11 days later order arrives..first thing we noticed was the extremely poor quality of the items secondly ordered XL and they fit like a medium..No Good to us..

This is a fraudulent website. It claims to be Canadian, but has no valid phone number or mailing address in Canada. They claim returns are 'effortless'. This is untrue as returns must be shipped to China (where the company is actually operating) and you have to pay the postage. The products are terrible quality. I have reported this company's ads on Instagram, with the BBB, and opened a case with PayPal to get my money back. So disappointing! Trying to support a 'family owned' 'Canadian business' and it's a scam.
