I ordered these shirts in mid-November (as the first Christmas present I purchased) and based on your processing and shipping time, they should have arrived within a month at most. When I contacted you in early Dec having not received any info about shipping, you said the order had processed and would ship soon. I received the items this week (that would be 3 weeks after Christmas). Super lame.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company has to be a foreign company because you don’t get what you ordered and customer service doesn’t return emails!!! I ordered my shirt December 1st, here it is the 17th and still no package. Then they tell you to keep checking the shipping details but according to the shipping information my package has been in Cypress Texas since the 8th!!
Long story short, get your shirt from somewhere else because you won’t get it from them!!!!
Not received purchase
I placed an order with this company and I have not received the item even though the tracking link provided says its been delivered. When I emailed the customer services they just say there has been a delay in shipment even though the tracking link says delivered. Which then I replied says exactly that and they send the same email back to say sorry for the delay keep checking the tracking link provided and theyll push the delivery through faster. I've asked for a refund for not receiving the item and for the inconvenience as I placed this order 22nd October. Absolutely unbelievable and shocking customer service and company.

Do not buy direct from these folks if you are not sure about this product because you will not be able to return or get your money back. I am so disappointed in this company! We ordered three shirts and were really excited to find such fun prints. One didn’t fit and we were surprised to learn the company doesn’t do exchanges for shirts that don’t fit?! Part of doing business online is trying them on once you receive them, knowing that the first time you try a specific brand the size may need to be adjusted. We were informed that this company doesn’t do that. I don’t recommend anyone purchase getting them!

It takes -almost 2 months before I got my order and I paid expedite fee for that. The quality of the fabric is okay except the stitching is low quality. It’s not worth your money and time for ordering their product. It’s disappointing.

I ordered 4 shirts for a golfing trip totaling almost 200 dollars because I paid an extra 20 dollars for the 6-8 business day shipping and I received my shirts on the 17th of September when I ordered them on the September 2nd they were delivered past the 6-8 day time frame that I paid for and were not here in the time I needed them to be. Don’t pay for the rushed shipping because you won’t receive it on time. I did email the company and their response was that it takes 7-9 days for the product then additional days to ship! Then don’t advertise 6-8 business days shipping if it’s not feasible to do!
Turning 60 and size xlarge but....
The t-shirts I ordered were for men but I ordered women (which states unisex) I have several unisex t-shirts and their not this big. These t-shirts look like they've been pulled and there are big dips in the shirts as though they've been on some sort of big pole or something. I just can't figure out where this big indentation came from. I'll have to wash them to remove this big indentation. Hopefully that'll work and maybe washing will also help with this huge size. They look to be a size 3x. I ordered a size xlarge. Never again will I purchase from this company! They have great advertising pictures....that's it.

Gerbera prints? Read the return policy. Doesn’t fit right? Company response is basically ‘You should’ve ordered the right size.’ “we can only offer to exchange or return orders if it is due to our error in providing the incorrect size items the customer ordered.” No refunds. No exchanges. But they’ll give us 20% off next order. As if!

Terrible Quality
I ordered 4 shirts, one for myself and three as gifts. I will not be gifting them. The fabric is flimsy and cheap. The sizing is completely off. And worst of all, they were all mis sewn. The button placards are on a terrible slant. They look like they were sewn by someone who has no experience with sewing. Awful!!!

Do not purchase from this company. They do not take returns and their sizing is way off from what their chart states.
Also, the express shipment that you pay an extreme price is not guaranteed to arrive on time. My order sat in China waiting for a plane for 2 weeks.

Ugly shirt, ugly service
I ordered a shirt for the Kentucky Derby. Paid significantly extra for shipping to ensure I'd receive it in time for an event. My match said I would get it Wednesday at the latest....their math had it arriving on Saturday, after the race started. And their customer service feels that they did nothing wrong and will not accept a return. The shirt? It has weird images... Polo ponies, drinks with apples, hats that are nothing you might see on Derby day. The designer obviously had no idea what happens on Derby Day. So I'm out $60, will never do business with them again, and will send a very odd shirt to Goodwill. Buyer beware, these people suck.

I ordered my birthday t-shirt on the 9th of January 2024. I paid the extra 19
99 dollars for speeding delivery, my birthday is tomorrow January 20th, and shirt is still awaiting item in San Jose, and I live in New Jersey. I reached out many times by email, messengers, and I didn't receive a timely response to my questions, they keep sending me my tracking number which I already have saying awaiting item in San Jose. It's been saying the same thing for over a week now. That's not how a business is supposed to be run, it the item is going to running late, email the customer and let them know, and if they paid extra for speedy shipping , that should be automatically refunded.

Never got what I ordered. Fed x said they couldn't deliver it cause address was wrong. Address is right on my order. So they wanted more money for shipping which I won't do. So I'm out 41dollars plus shipping I guess. Never do business with these people again order number is gp2580
