Certainly NOT LGBT+ Friendly as advertised on Google Maps

I visited this takeaway yesterday evening (12/07/22) and was absolutely appalled at the attitude of their counter staff.
I am a transgender woman who is not the type to be easily offended. But when your checkout assistant (the old woman) asked "Can I help you SIR?", putting all the emphasis on the word "sir", it seemed rather infantile not to mention delivery rude and certainly unprofessional. I'm not about to debate whether or not insult was intended as it blatantly was and in such a childish way.
I was rather disgusted at the fact this takeaway lists itself as being LGBT+ friendly on Google Maps because as far as i can see, your staff are ignoramuses.
Rest assured you i wont be back in this chip shop again.
I'm not gonna support a business that employs and condones such behaviour. She knew exactly what she was doing and deliberately emphasised the word "sir", i can only presume as an attempt to offend me.
The only thing that offends me is the fact that companies like this condone such behaviour on a professional level from their staff.
I will be sure to pass this information on to the relevant Forums, especially as they deceitfully use the term "LGBT+ friendly" when you are evidently not because people of the LGBT+ community have a right to know about this before they are lured by their false advertising.
In this day and age, I'd be ashamed to run a company with staff who behave in this manner toward anyone.
