Good customer support

I ordered 2 items, one was not delivered and the company immediately refunded my money. (The item was not available at the moment.)
The second thing I didn't like, it didn't look like the picture. It was an engraved picture of the Tree of Life with LED backlighting. After a few emails I understood how to remove the very well hidden protective film and all is well. I hereby thank Daniela Wallenstein from the company's customer support for her great patience!
