I have paid for a box from this company but it is now two weeks & the box has not been delivered. This was a gift for my daughter. After a speedy email response yesterday, I have now had a refund & a code for me to shop again free. I now understand that non delivery has been due to Royal Mail and not the company. I am willing to give them another try as they now are investigating with a tracking number to where the missing parcels are.
