A lovely idea to let someone know that you are thinking of them. It's great that you are able to choose what products that you would like to go in the box so that you can cater it to individual tastes.

Loved the process, lots of choice - the giftee said it was like the gift that keeps on giving 😍 the only downside was that I paid to get it delivered 1-2 days and it took 3-4, I must have missed the cut off time but the postage option didn’t state cut offs times. Would use again though, very cute idea

Had issues with order. My email was missed by customer service team but they swiftly contacted me after seeing my review and have resolved the issue. I truly appreciate it and hopefully my package arrives soon and if so I will look for making future purchases.

I have paid for a box from this company but it is now two weeks & the box has not been delivered. This was a gift for my daughter. They said they would send another box to her and follow up where the original box went - still nothing. So I am due a refund or a replacement immediately. I await to hear …
After a speedy email response yesterday, I have now had a refund & a code for me to shop again free. I now understand that non delivery has been due to Royal Mail and not the company. I am willing to give them another try as they now are investigating with a tracking number to where the missing parcels are.

My order came on time and my friend even received 2 of the same boxes instead of just the one. I wasn’t too sure if she received everything in the first box so when the second box came I was sure she had.

My friend was going through a really tough time, I knew flowers would upset her more so got a gestured box to cheer her up. Such an inexpensive token to show someone you care

Things inside were good but took a while to come

What a fantastic idea - great choice of gifts at a very reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend!
