Customers appreciate the tangible and concise lessons, finding them easy to follow and implement, which helps in managing overwhelming tasks and shifting mindsets. Many users feel that the program provides valuable insights into their actions and helps them make progress without feeling pressured, fostering a sense of hope and motivation. I really like how this is set up with tangible lessons that don’t feel overwhelming! I only wish there was an actual app rather than logging on through the internet.

Good content but basic. I was looking for something like what shoes in the social Miletus video to help me stay on task. As an over five year ADHDer, I’ve heard this all before though it’s good info.... See more

Using the tips and pointers has really helped me with some of my overwhelming tasks. I’m just struggling a little with the timing and how and when to apply the strategies. Sometimes I feel like I don’t need the tiny tips, but other times I do.

I was worried about starting this challenge seeing as how I procrastinate when I’m overwhelmed. It was low pressure and very reassuring and after my very short set of questions answered, I already feel like, “this is not too much, I can totally do all of the things I need to do and I’ve got this”. Thank you.

Great stuff. Nothing new.

I like everything the app is saying and how it is being conveyed.
Short simple. Friendly.
It’s just that I’ve read up on this so much and I do a lot of this already, and still feel severe overwhelm, that I’m not finding it very useful.
