Tent got sent out then sent back so I wouldn’t have received it in time for when I needed. Been 12 days still no refund

Hello Leigh, as you know we dispatched the tent within 48 ours of you ordering it and provided tracking details, it was returned to us for an unknown reason, a refund has been issued but can take several days to go back onto your original payment method.
