Here's the thing, I've wanted to buy one of these for a really long time. But none of the companies made it big enough for my English Mastiffs. Then I saw these and they are big enough and they are fantastic! But here's something that really blew me away even more than the product and that was the customer service. After 2 days the water stopped coming out. I was so bummed because our big boy really loves it. I contacted their customer service and I kid you not within a few hours I had a response with directions on how to fix it. I followed the directions and voila it worked perfectly. So now not only are we happy customers with the product but now we are lifelong customers because of the customer service!

I'll be honest
I'll be honest - when I first saw these ads, I was quite skeptical and didn't order for 3 months. I was quite mistaken - because now that my dogs finally have a fresh, moving, filtered water bowl, they are drinking exponentially more than they used to. I was concerned that they wouldn't like the shallow bowl, but it did not deter them at all! I am so grateful that I "bit the bullet" and bought this wonderful product from Selene! Easy to clean - a lot less maintenance than before! Highly recommend!

I have 2 dogs that love drinking from this fountain. My Newfoundland won’t even drink water from the water bowl outside anymore. He prefers the fountain inside. I think he knows the difference, because we have a lot of iron in our well water. Our miniature American Shepherd loves the fountain also he likes drinking right out of the spout.

We love the doggy water fountain
We love the doggy water fountain, all 6 of our pets drink from it, 4 dogs an 2 cats, its super easy to clean, and it lasts at least 10 hours before running dry. I highly recommend this fountain 👍I will be waiting for the the 25.00 gift card thanks

My dog loves this fountain. That being said, I never got the 2 free filters. I contacted customer service and was told to take a photo of the box!! Huh? I did and never heard back!! Customer service needs work guys!!

New Selene Fountain
Both of our dogs took to their new fountain easily without any issues. They checked it out, watched it stream and began drinking from it!
I am glad I opted for the larger size. They are definitely consuming more water. Our dogs would not drink from a water bowl that had been down for more than a few hours. They would look at us and walk to the sink to let us know they wanted fresh water. That is no longer happening!

We love this dog water fountain for our little fur baby's. The spout had them a little scared to drink out of it so we switched to the cat spout and that did the trick. product set-up went smoothly and my Labs figured it out quickly...they are frequent [and messy drinkers], so am enjoying the clean fresh water available for them at all times from the 7l container and there is less water dripping on the floor when they drink.

Solved our problem of excessive slobbering
We wanted to try this system because with our type of dog the slobber in the water was a problem in a regular water bowl.
Leo didn’t drink from it for several days when we got it. We changed the fountain type and he must prefer it best.
What I have noticed that the amount of air he swallows with this fountain is almost zero. We can’t go more than a week without cleaning because of the slobber, but to us it is better than twice a day

I am absolutely please with my water fountain I bought from ya all so are my doggies thank you the only part of my unsatisfied esxpereince was how long it took to recive it sad it took almost a monta untill it came however we happy so far so thank you I will recommend this cousin to all of my fellow pet parents 😜one last thing I forgot to mention in the advertisement it said I would get 2 extra filters along with my fountain and I did not revive them I figure I better let ya know

Cassie and Lily love their Selene water…
Cassie and Lily love their Selene water bowl. It took a day or two for them to get used to the flowing water. Lily uses talking buttons and before the Selene water bowl is was constantly hearing the water button going off. Now I haven't heard the water button in weeks.

Bought the pump November 29th. It has only ran for not quite 3 months. And the motor has quit.I have sent five emails to the company with zero replies. They will not answer at all so a warranty means shit.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Well i did what they said and emailed 3 more times to the email they suggested which was the one I was all along but still no reply so as I said DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
