I have nothing but great things to say . My moving situation was crazy . I had to call and cancel pick ups several times but never had any problems. They were always so helpful and very understanding. The communication was amazing.

We had some renovations done at our house and needed storage for our stuff for a few months. After checking out many other portable rental storage box places I found Cool Box Portable Storage. They had the best pricing out all of the competitors. I was worried it would be cheap shoddy box but they were not. Their storage boxes were sturdy and were elevated off the ground so I didn't have to worry about any possible rain getting in the box. The drop off and pick up was quick and easy. And the folks in customer service were super helpful and pleasant to deal with. Should we need storage again we'll be calling on Cool Box once again.

I was impressed with the helpfulness of the reservation staff and the delivery man. The delivery and pickup of the container went smoothly and the driver definitely knew what he was doing.
My only complaint with the entire process was the long wait times on the phone.
I highly recommend Cool Box and will use them again if the need ever arises.

Loved the service and they are a great value. The containers are way more substantial than the others. They are not super attractive but they are sturdy and secure. Would definitely use them again.

It was little difficult talking with their office people. Response was very poor but field people was very nice. And therefore I rated five star.

Not happy that we are billed for insurance even though most of our stuff was moved into the house. We need the storage for a few large items with little value but have to pay as if we have $10,000 inside. Not right!!

Updated....I was never told that the insurance would be billed as long as I had the box. I ONLY wanted it while it was in Cool Box's possession. This should be verbally explained.

No hassle box drop off I filled it they pick it up and deliver to storage I called them when I needed it and it was redelivered seem less

I always enjoy working with the staff at Cool Box, from the person who takes my order and sets up the delivery to the Delivery driver. They are always friendly and helpful.

The storage boxes and delivery service was great. The pricing for delivery and pick up was on the higher end but affordable. Storage fees were also on the higher end. I can get more space at a brick and mortar for the same price than I can with with the storage boxes. There were several billing issues that required additional phone calls. Overall, I would use again if there wasn’t a better option.

Cool Box stepped in and saved my day whereas PODs did not. Cool Box customer service is far superior over PODS. Will definitely use again. Drivers were courteous and professional, customer service was great in set-up and they delivered without incident....whereas PODS damaged my property and didn't say a word nor did they care. Cool Box is GREAT!

They will do as promised. On time for pick up and delivery.
