If I could give a 0 I would. I placed an order for a track suit suit that I was patiently waiting for and received a tracking number that it was shipped and would arrive any day. Today I received an email that the tracking number was sent by mistake my order doesn't exist and I will be updated bout my refund in another week. So by the time I even get an update on my ghost order it will be 3 weeks. Basically the company has been holding my payment for me I suppose I should be collecting interest at least!!!

A well known company I buy from regularly told me I had won a prize and had to pay £1 something for postage, turns out I had subscribed to getactive.site. I got refunded the postage and got charged for a subscription, that I didn’t ask for. I cancelled but getactive said I didn’t. Asked for a refund- told me I couldn’t, they kept ending chats without me finishing, eventually got a refund, checked my account refund received but then they charged me for cancelling, trying to get that refund at the moment, emailed the manager and waiting…. Big scam….stay away… beware they also charge you to cancel your subscription

UPDATE - just got my subscription and cancellation fee refunded when I told them I was going to my bank…

Absolute con, popped up on Quidco with a deal for perfume with only €2 to pay for delivery then enrol you into its membership with a recurring payment every 14 days. It then has the nerve to charge you to cancel your membership that you never wanted. BEWARE

It is pishing site, it will ask you to make a transaction of a small amount and once you make the payment will save your card details and make unauthorized transactions from your account. I paid 2CHF for an offer from MIGROS and as soon as i made the payment, i stared getting mails from getactive.site confirming a membership which i never agreed to. Please be careful

You guys need to check a Facebook page scamming us with R37 price of your quality suitcase, a lot of people are being scammed and please check that page and report it. It goes with "getactive.site"
