Shoreditch Staff is lovely but unable to take my bloods after three tries. Had to order small needles. Redirected me to the Canry Wharf branch where they managed at the first try. Overall wasted 2hrs for what should have been a 5min thing.

It is a refreshing experience to call a phone wanting to inquire about their services featured on a website.(even when you just 'stumble' on it but it catches your interest) and find yourself talking to a real human being, not a chat robot!!. I had the great fortune of being connected with ALLI who focused immediately on me and my questions..taking as much time as I needed to get the explanations I sought .Honestly I can say it was because of her and her helpful and cordial manner and in particular, her efforts to tell me how it is..not pushing a sales pitch down my ear. She even took the initiative to tell me about the Membership programme and its advantages when i asked about promotional discounts. As a matter of fact due entirely to my conversation with her I made a snap but positive decision to head over to "Get a Drip" and have a demonstration try session. She was patient kind and helpful explaining in detail each service that is available at this premise. With no hesitation I am happy to say I have joined their excellent Membership scheme and all thanks to ALLI who represents the "Get a Drip" brand 100%. U R lucky to have her..she ticks all the boxes with this client.

Great service, I've done my Energy drip a month ago and came back to do a blood test. Really good experience, warm welcome and nice service. Would recommend this company if you consider IV therapy or Blood testing for yourself.

I ordered Mounjaro from this company, and when my package arrived, the box was completely empty.

I immediately took timestamped photos upon opening the delivery, clearly showing the condition of the package and that there was no medication inside. I contacted customer service straight away and provided full details and proof.

Instead of resolving the issue, I was asked unnecessary questions and to provide more information that was already clear in my original message and photos. After that, communication stopped completely. I am now being ignored by customer service.

This is extremely concerning, especially given this is a medical product. The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and failure to resolve a serious issue like this is unacceptable.

I am still waiting for a replacement or a refund.

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from this company.
