Ordered one Mounjaro pen, was meant to come with free vitamins.
Delivery was late and ice packs defrosted, no free gift.
Charged twice for the one pen, so cancelled subscription and they refunded one (they said it was a technical error)
Four weeks later they charged again - nothing dispatched, no current subscription and struggling to get any reply from them.

They provides a well-organized and reliable service. The guidance feels personalized and the check-ins help keep things on track. Delivery has always been prompt and communication clear. It's been a very positive experience so far.

I found the uploading of pics confusing. I couldn't work out whether my pics had been accepted or not. I waited a day with no movement or idea if anything was happening so booked a consult. This happened the next day and then I was told my order was with pharmacy for a few days. I eventually sent an email saying I needed the package before the weekend and my order then started moving

For now they took the money form my bank account and there is not possible to solve their issues with the assessment and photos. They are not happy, but don't say what is wrong, sending bulk of emails with the same request, so by now I've done two assessments, many times attached a photos, write several emails explaining things - and they are not listening. Nobody picks up the phone, I think emails are also replied by AI, as they can't put all information together to process my order. Now the money is locked and I can't order anywhere else and it's not possible to contact them to solve it one way or another.

I used this pharmacy to order Mounjaro. Long story short, DPD failed to deliver the medication. I raised a complaint with them directly and received confirmation that no delivery attempt was made and the medication had been returned to Get A Drip. Get A Drip advised they would have to conduct their own investigation with DPD before they could issue a refund.
I provided the email evidence from DPD confirming no delivery attempt was made. However, it's now been over a month and have haven't heard anything further from Get A Drip despite chasing them.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I'm now out of pocket and have had to order the Mounjaro elsewhere - so have essentially paid double for the same dosage. Above that, I keep getting repeated marketing SMS and emails from Get A Drip even though I've opted out and cancelled my subscription.

The service feels properly managed and structured. The consultation was clear, and I appreciated the regular updates. Delivery has been reliable each time.

The worst customer service I’ve ever known. My parcel was lost and I had to go through DPD to get it sorted. May be DPDs fault rather than theirs but my issue is with the appalling customer service when there is an issue. There was no reply through GetADrip on their chat or their phone lines (I tried multiple times). I got one reply requesting more info then didn’t get a further reply. I’m now £180 out of pocket with no sign of my medication or even how this might be resolved. Avoid avoid avoid!
Update - it is now nearly a month since I have paid for my medication and I still haven’t had a refund, my medication or even a reply to update me. Absolutely disgusting customer service. All of these replies don’t address the lack of replies to their customer service.

I had already left a review on how awful this company is but it has got worse. Do not use. Without ordering another pen or further contact they tried to remove funds from my account. I did not concent to this. Absolutely shocking!

Filled in the online assessment on Sunday and they took my money immediately. Then they wanted photos uploading, despite the photos being perfectly clear, and me taking several different photos their system rejected every photo so I sent them by email and they must have been fine because they accepted them. On Monday my order was approved. By Thursday there was still no despatch email (bearing in mind they claim to despatch within 48hrs) so I had to contact them again, and by that evening I had the despatch email. On Friday I had my delivery notification from dpd but within 2 hours another notification arrived saying there was a problem and it wouldn’t be delivered after all, so I fired off yet another email. Eventually it arrived on Saturday. Terrible experience. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to be chasing my order every step of the way. Get a Drip are slow to respond as mentioned by others on here. They are not the only online pharmacy offering the service and quite frankly, I am inclined to spend my money where the service is good. I can’t possibly recommend their shoddy service.

I've been impressed with how professional the service feels. The online consultation was straightforward but thorough, and I didn't feel rushed. Regular progress monitoring makes the programme feel sage and structured. Pricing is reasonable, especially with the available discounts.

I wanted to share my experience with Get A Drip for anyone thinking of using them, as it’s been a proper headache. I started a 5mg order on 1st March and a Sunday chat flagged a postcode error from an autocomplete glitch. I fixed it, they confirmed it, and I got an email saying it was packaged for next-day delivery. I remember thinking "brilliant, how easy."
Then, three days of total silence. I chased them through the contact form because I’m on my last 2.5mg dose and was starting to worry about missing my window—I know, order earlier next time—and they "prioritised" it, sending a DPD link. I was so relieved. But then the frustration really started. I got another message asking for the same postcode I’d already confirmed. I reconfirmed it, but then DPD cancelled the delivery entirely. I figured they just needed to reset the label, so I stayed patient.
Another day passed with nothing. No label, no response. I chased again and was told the meds were ready but they still needed the postcode. I was fuming at this point and told them I’d already done this twice via chat. Then came the kicker: a message thanking me for confirming and saying the prescription was now being sent to prescribers for review. This is after being told days ago it was already packaged and ready to go.
Would this have been fine if I’d proofread the form? Possibly. But the communication and accuracy have been poor. The disconnected internal processes at GAD meant I had to constantly push for updates and force through every step myself. I'm still sat here with no medication and no idea when it’s arriving while getting conflicting info from different departments.
The conspiracy theorist in me does wonder: after that first "packaged" email, I went onto the portal and cancelled the subscription. I’m "pharmacy hopping" to take advantage of new customer deals, which I know a lot of us do. Did that knock me down the pecking order? Have GAD decided to deprioritise customers who cancel immediately? It seems unlikely, but you do have to wonder if I’d have had a smoother ride if I’d waited until the jab was delivered to hit cancel.

Very efficient and quick. A nice touch to tell you when to expect your delivery. Soo impressed!

The experience was fairly easy and was good. However the only thing I would say let’s you down is the delivery times. Most other companies when joining you get next day. Other than that I’ve been happy.
