Outstanding service . Have to say the team that fitted my new solar panels and electric retention heaters undoubtedly so nice. We have SEN child in the house whom do not like noise and lots of people around. They made them feel at ease . Worked around our needs and got the job done. Took an extra day as things were done at a slower pace. But have to say am so happy with the workmanship and the way they treated our home. The young lad we spoke to on phone to the man in office. Alex or Alan whom dealt with it all to the fitting teams. Paul and Ahmed. Have to recommend this company. The only company that said what they did. Went through loads of energy grants who said could give me free boiler and this company one whom did it. Zoe who spoke to initially went theough all the paperwork took 5 mins then Alex sorted survey and 5 days later they come and done loft insulation and 2 days later fitted new boiler. Great bunch of lads clean and professional.

Outstanding service - Free Oil heatimg upgrade to heat pump and solar panels. Also don’t my loft insulation and a fan in bathroom. The teams as was a few was great. Darren the loft guy was so thoutful. And Ahmed who son electrics done some extras for free for me. Thanks Alex so much for sorting it all out BIG thumbs up !!

Wow. What an amazing service from start to finish! The team at Get a Free Boiler made the entire process smooth, supportive, and completely stress-free. I felt genuinely looked after and understood, especially when it came to the specific needs of my SEN teenager. Their flexibility and willingness to juggle installation dates to accommodate both me and my daughter was incredibly thoughtful.

A very helpful company, they helped me get a free electric heating upgrade for my property which also included solar panels. Becky who i originally spoke was excellent and then Alex to whom dealt with everything there after was amazing.

From a search on line foe a free heating grant in October was contacted and surveyed in 5 days. Within 2 weeks they was calling to book in for a 2 day fitting. The men worked so hard and cleaned up after them. So had to keep making them tea lol.

When someone does good we have to tell all and they all did. Totally free and hassle free

Free and Fantastic. We applied online and got a call from jay who was helpful then Alex called few days later to explain the whole
Process. Had survey then 4 days later they started fitting our new loft Insualtion and gas boiler. Took them one day to everything. Apart
From them showing up half hour late the team were friendly and professional.
Big thank you to Alex for keep us updated and helping us when we had no heating.
And yes all FREE. Will recommend. 100%

Free boiler fitted this morning. Communication via Alex and jay was excellent. Fitting team worked so hard to get it fitted with no hassle of fuss and even cleaned up afterwards. Loft insulation was done few days before. Just want to say thanks to Alex and his team from start to finish kept me updated. It took just 2 weeks from my allying to fitting :)

Great, friendly and professional service from the start to the completion and beyond. Had a heat pump, new radiators and solar panels fitted with 6 weeks from the initial enquiry. Heating system works great and much warmer than our old oil heating we had. Could not recommend this company and service enough. Thank you.

Contact from start to finish was brilliant with Alex. He guided me through everything. The guys that did the boiler replacement were friendly and nice, they did a brilliant job. A couple of days later the electrician came to check all was good (obviously it was) Alex messaged to follow up that everything was working as it should. Brilliant people and brilliant service!

Communication from first application to completion was excellent. Team arrived on time to fit new boiler and loft insulation. I cannot speak more highly about their work ethic and professionalism. All work was completed within the day and old boiler collected same evening and old loft insulation bagged and collected the following morning. The fitting team were polite and both work areas tidied before they left. Would highly recommend this company.
