People suck

Made me create a new user and link our accounts. Too sketchy. Gonna ask for a refund but from these reviews I probably won't get my money back. THEY DO NOT TELL YOU ABOUT LINKING ACCOUNTS BEFORE YOU BUY. It says digital purchase with a redeemable code but it's all crap. I'm out $60 and my son is upset. Cool 🙄

If I could do 0 stars, I would. I should've done the research before buying. Ordered a Switch game and they tried to get me to add an entire different account instead of sending a valid digital code for my Switch.

Edit as of March 2025: I had to file a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Still never received an actual product, just steps on how to attach another account to your Switch. Scam.

STORE IS SCAM

I bought the game and it wasn't delivered even though they had 3 hdoiny to deliver nothing happened I wrote about the problem they said they are loaded the next day nothing.. so I wrote and over and over it's been like a week and still nothing even refund the money it's a scam site and don't get ripped off this is a real review others who praise this site are bots

Refund and Customer Support

I have ordered something, which I wanted to refund Not Event an hour later. They told me the refund is going to take up to 28 days. Now a month and a half later I have still received nothing. Upon asking the customer service they told me same thing, but without the 28 days part. They just said it takes a long time.

Waiting 3 days for my delivery

Purchased my game on Thursday afternoon. Its now Sunday and still waiting for my delivery. What is the point of a digital service if its this slow.
I'd probably have the hard disc by now if i'd ordered it instead.
Terrible service, would never use again.

If you’re skeptical, give it a chance

I was a bit skeptical to use this service but after using I am very happy with my purchase. Their help desk is absolutely amazing and I received my order within 2 hours of purchasing. Will definitely use again.

Awful T&C:
I bought a game less than a year ago (BG3). First the game is Japanese so a lot of the game has filters on it due to the censorship there. But the game worked fine. However after some time of not playing it I thought I would give it another play and now it has completely locked me out. I tried to download it again but alas. They have refused to give me another key. And therefore i have lost my time and money. Horrible.

Absolutely awful don’t bother! It’s illegal what they’re doing anyway but then to take it further the online customer service is rubbish!! Don’t buy from them it’s a con, buy the game direct save yourself the hassle.

Scam!

I wish I read these reviews first! Scam! Im waiting for my game for 5 days, all they do just give promises and hope, but Im pretty sure I will get nothing. 50€ landed in the trash.
I just dont understand how this website can exist! Somebody needs to sue them!

Dont provide games as sold but access…

Dont provide games as sold but access based on account sharing, which only lasts as long as they exists .. which wont be long. SCAMMERS. Sad, costs a boy his xmas gifts. By the time you learn how the scam and acces works, you cant get your money back. Their intuitive scam requires you to use a internal code they provide after payment to "redeem" your order. This then supposedly allows you to access the game, but then you learn how their system "works" and by now you have "redeemed" your purchase and cannot get a refund. They will refuse any refund although you have not yet accessed any "account" or shared game...Skip the scam, just buy the game.
